“good mornin’” you smiled, sitting down on a log next to arthur.

it was still early in the morning, the sky still coloured with the sunrise, yet the camp was full of life.

everyone was readying themselves for the day ahead. everyone but you and arthur, who was still enjoying his coffee by the ashes of the fire.

“mornin’” arthur returned with a crooked smile, raising his cup slightly in your direction.

his precious greeting only made your smile grow.

he raised an eyebrow at you but you ignored him, taking a sip of your drink.

your mind was fixed on the flower you’d found on your bedside that morning.

you hadn’t even remembered it was valentine’s day but the first thing your eyes landed on this morning had quickly reminded you. the rose was such a gorgeous shade of red, it made you think of arthur’s kerchief he sometimes wore.

“what’s got you so happy, huh?” he asked.

“nothing.” you lied, looking away and hiding your face in your mug.

“sure.” you could picture his smile without even looking at him.

“ain’t nothing to do with your admirer?” he said offhandedly, too busy watching cain and little jack chase each other ‘round.

“i didn’t mention an admirer, mr morgan.” you said in confusion, thinking back to the lovely rose in your tent. you paused before glancing at him, eyes wide.

he looked over at you, cup halfway to his mouth and blue eyes also as wide as a startled horse’s.

you felt your cheeks heat up.

“oh.” you said faintly, “is—did you—?”

“you comin’ on this job or not, morgan?” micah called from the opposite side of the camp.

arthur cleared his throat,

“best get goin’.” he said awkwardly, starting to walk off.

“wait!”

you grabbed his forearm to stop him, hardly daring to breathe in case you ruined the moment any further.

“was it you, arthur?“ you questioned, voice soft and hopeful. he said nothing for a long moment but it seemed like you using his first name gave him some confidence.

his hat dipped, shadowing his red cheeks as he nodded once.

you took a deep breath and stood straighter before leaning over to place a quick kiss to his cheek.

“i guess that makes us valentines, doesn’t it?” you prompted, hand squeezing his forearm.

arthur let out a quiet breath of relief.

“i suppose it does.” he agreed.

Honestly this is my 4th time replaying the game and as I get towards the end I start avoiding missions because I need to keep this sweet baby boy alive. I also might be shooting Micah during missions just because it makes me feel better

How can Holly be So Proud of Zak as a boyfriend when he won’t even admit to being in a relationship? I’m sure he tells her he wants to keep it private between them but that’s a huge red flag to me when a guy wants to appear single on social media. Sure he’s saving her from his crazy fangirls but most his crazy fangirls know about Holly

Legit have noticed in the last month or so that the ghost adventures Fandom is one of the most toxic Fandoms I have been part of. Literally Zak can do nothing right apparently, and apparently Billy is an old pervert? If you don't like what they are doing or who they are move the eff on. You don't have to watch the show or even like the person. I literally was on Instagram and the comment section (here too btw) is just people ripping Zak apart. Leave them be.

Yeah that episode is so hard for me to watch because I believe 0% of what those two or anyone really I saying. I want to believe them but I can't. I believe in ghosts because I have experience with ghosts, aliens are a lot harder for me to wrap my head around

Watching ghost adventures and this fuckin red neck says that he killed 18 grey aliens with a samurai sword and shot a UFO with an ak47 while being haunted by a demon. some woman says a cling on lookin alien showed out through a portal while cleansing the house, then she was struck by lightning while holding a sword.
