1.Make a Diary

No, not just any diary

Make a diary where you record events IN YOU DR.

Write the things that happened that day (ex: dear diary, today I went to quidditch practice....)

Write how your Dr self would write. (Ex: if you dr self likes drawing/doodling doodle all over the diary..)

2. Write Letters

Write letters to your s/o, friends, family.. in you dr

Now, you COULD actually send this to them w/o shifting (called channeling) but that's another topic for another day

Write letters like you are sending it to them in your dr

3. Trick Your Mind

Basically, throughout the day, affirm.

Ex) "I am in my dr." "I am a student st hogwarts l" etc..

Think about your dr the whole day

Things to add to ur script (hogwarts edition)

I am a skilled occlumens/legillimens.

I never run out of ink while doing work.

My luggages are never heavy.

The common room party games are always fun and we always play (insert hame) and (insert game).

I never forget the password for the dorms (for Gryffindors and Slytherins)

I always know the answers to the riddles to enter the common room.(Ravenclaw)

I never forget which brick to tap on to enter the common room (Hufflepuff)

nobody, not even a legillimens knows I shifted

I have permission to go to Hogsmeade from my guardian.

I don't get caught sneaking around past curfew.

I don't get caught in the restricted section of the library.
