I've been watching the subbed version of Bakugan and Episode 21 of New Vestroia seems to imply that Spectra was involved with the creation of both Altair and Hades, was it him or Professor Clay that made them?

i like to think they both worked on those projects. professor clay was the royal head scientist and obviously lead many projects for the royal family, and spectra may very well have offered his services so he could gain the knowledge needed for the creation of cyborg helios.

plus, clay and spectra have been shown to work together during nv1 when it came to mechanizing helios.

possible spoiler for episode 22 + 24

spectra also informs mira that he and gus created the maxus bakugan for hydron. it's very likely that spectra's previous involvement with the mechanical bakugan projects allowed him the opportunity to work independently (from his father, that is) on hydron's mechanical bakugan.

also (and this is veering into hc territory because it's not outright confirmed) these schematics of the battle arena in alpha city were found on keith's computer which leads me to believe he may have been involved in the creation of the arenas, at least when it came to the design.

hydron also didn't know that mira was professor clay's daughter and seemingly only knew about keith which, again, suggests that keith has been working alongside his father on other projects since before he donned the mask.

which is supported by keith being present when hydranoid was tortured in his father's lab. the scientists tried to remove mira from the premises when things got dangerous but they didn't do the same with keith because he's actually allowed to be there.

tldr the creation of altair and hades was most likely a joint effort between spectra and clay.
