Hmmm, considering selling some games. I never really sell my games. I sold some last year to help afford the 3DS XL Pokemon X edition, but I still have lots I won't play ever again that are worth quite a bit on average.

Current list I'm considering: Digimon World Dusk (DS - Complete) Digimon World Dawn (DS - Complete) Super Princess Peach (DS - Complete) Pokemon Crystal (GBC - Loose - I have two, one works I think) Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn (Wii - Complete - the big rare one) Neverhood (PC - Loose - also rare; actually in perfect condition)

Though about selling one of my two Pokemon Heartgold complete sets, but I can't part with them. This list is just from staring at my portable game case, stiill need to gaze at my Wii/GBC/PS2 games more.

So sad though that some games are utterly worthless, I'll be stuck with them forever. Like those weird Pokemon anime GBA video game whatever they were things.

Also going to try and sell a Vocaloid I own, Vocaloid Tonio. Still investigating that.

Innocent World Haul~

Not so much of a haul since it's only a few things but it's a haul to me hah.

The things actually arrived on Tuesday, and I tried them on and got pictures that day as well (bad idea, it was over 90 here), but after a long workday yesterday and a project due I haven't had time until now to show what I got.

This will be picture heavy and full of squee. And you'll have to forgive my very un-lolita clothing, posession of only one skirt, and I still need to cut my bangs.

So I ordered five things from their summer sale - three socks (one at normal price), a choker, and a small bag. After taxes, shipping, and everything it came to a total of $107. Probably expensive for mostly socks and a piece you could probably make on your own but I'm proud to own my first bits of burando~ And I could always sell them if I need to but Innocent World is probably my favorite big B Brand so I doubt it hah.

Onto the stuff~

Here is all of the items together! Three big tags from the socks, small one from the bag which I will use to be my tag holder, and the white one in all Japanese came from the choker corsage I think if I'm reading some limited Japanese right.

The Japanese tag. Blurry because my phone cannot focus for it's life, tried to sharpen in photoshop. If anyone knows what it says that would be amazing. All I can tell is that it's a bunch of statements about the item/commands maybe I don't even know. 

So let's get a good look at the socks first!

Got up close to their patterns~ The socks are Embossed Cross OTKs in Bordeaux, Castille OTKs in Beige/Pink,  and Roman Mosaic OTKs in Beige/Cafe au Lait. The cross socks were bought at the normal price of 1,800 Yen while the other two were on sale for 1,750. 

Now trying them on with my only skirt, a Bodyline one (didn't bother lacing it up, also sorry for the backpack and the unmade bed u_u ). I'm slightly sad as they make my thighs look huge - I didn't think I was that big at 115-120 lbs at 5'4" but my torso is small so I guess all the weight is in my legs? I'm not as thin as a Japanese girl. *cries*

When first trying on I liked the Castille socks the least, but I'm really warming up to them. I wanted to show them off to some friends at college but since I don't have lolita clothes yet I worse them with regular clothes and they looked good!

Both the Castille and Roman socks are very thick and warm. I only worry about the bottoms of the feet as they don't feel too thick. The Cross socks were much more breatheable so I'll probably be able to wear them through the summer. However, that means they're thinner so more likely to well die if I wear them too much.

Up close of the cross that pops out. The worry area by the ankle is on all the socks. I really hope they don't wear out, I need to research how lifestyle lolitas care for their socks (I don't want to be a lifestyle lolita but I want to wear them more often then on special occassions).

Up close (blurry thank you phone) of the bag's print. Strawberry Gingham Pouch with depth in Sax/Beige I actually really like the sax with the strawberries, was my favorite of the coloraways.

Onto the choker/corsage/bracelet/headpiece! Called the Rose Corsage Choker in Beige/Beige/Pink. Incredibly versatile as they say on IW.  Lace isn't too fancy but has roses in it~ Flowers are very sturdy and it came in a box. Ribbon is very silky. I'm also pleased with the size, not too big or two small. I know most like giant headbows and headpieces but I'm just not at that point yet. ;;

Really cute on the neck, perfect size! And such soft colors, I'm surprised no one wanted this coloraway.

Tried on the wrist, still perfect for my thin wrists!

Finally, on the head! My face looked gross because my makeup was sweating off. ;; Wil cut my bangs soon and it'll look even better! Growing my hair out too.

That's the last of the pictures, but I also got a letter! I'd heard of them and it was so lovely! Clearly handwritten by a member of the English staff (Mai Sakamoto) on IW stationary and it made me so happy and it was so personalized and I know they do it for everyone but it was such a lovely touch~ ; w ; Unfortunately I sat on it at one point and the paper is thin so it wrinkled and it doesn't look nice, trying to flatten it but it's no longer picture worthy.

All in all the socks are high quality, the corsage is lovely, and the prices were very reasonable for Brand socks especially OTKs. I love Innocent World's designs, how they ship to Overseas and write us letters eeee~ Look forward to someday buying an actual dress from them!

it is so so so so hot in ohio today and our house's ac is always never good

I need to cut my bangs into a straight cut so they'll look better with the desperate pigtails I'm not sporting since my hair is too short for a good ponytail. sweat everywhere

I will be posting pictures of my Innocent World order that came in today~ It was way too hot to wear OTKs even to try them on though.

If Cartman and Butters were into lolita fashion, they’d probably dress like this. 

First of all, Cartman would be an ott/sweet lolita who only wears brand and never touches second hand or a bodyline dress. He’d constantly criticize the way other girls dress, especially beginners like Butters (who has no idea that poor lace quality is a cardinal sin in lolita)

Cartman, who is the perfect lolinazi/brandwhore stereotype, has the mission to destroy Butters’ self esteem because "he’s a fucking weaaboo who has no idea lolita is serious business"

Butters still admires Eric too much to say something against him, flatters and follows him around. He just wants to be his best friend, since he’s the kawaiiest person he knows. For his bad luck, Eric never gives him advice, just treats him like shit and Butters ends up dressing even worse

Planning to watch my favorite movie ever now, Hotel Rwanda. Seriously. This movie. The actors, the plot of things that actually happened, the tragedy, the bittersweet ending, ths movie is the best. It's on Netflix, everyone should watch it at some point in their lives. Gonna art while I watch~
