So what we’re saying is, I was right.

I graduated with degrees in both theatre, and interpersonal communications. There is NO reason for Sabine to be facing in right now. Not at all. This scene we see from multiple angles, and multiple shots, which means it was a conscious decision for Sabine to take a few steps closer, and to turn her body towards Shin.

Sabine has been captured before—we see it in Rebels, when she’s captured by the Seventh Sister. In that instance, she defiantly turned away from her, and was in much more danger than she is with Shin right now (considering Baylan promised not to hurt her).

Whether or not shin/sabine becomes canon, it was a conscious acting, and directing decision to have her loosen up after a moment, move closer to, and turn towards Shin. Shin is only holding one of her wrists. It wouldn’t be uncomfortable for Sabine to keep facing forward, but instead she turns, and basically half loops her arm behind hers. Quite literally, this is how I turn and follow my own girlfriend, or how she would follow me. In fact, my first thought was how strikingly similar this positioning is to my own, actual, sapphic relationship.

No matter what becomes of them, the foundation is there, and it’s very, very telling in their body language—and I can say without a doubt, that was done intentionally.

Honestly I do NOT have any screenshots 🥲 I just know they were circling Twitter a few days ago (standard celebrity stuff, but could be interpreted both ways). I do remember one of the included ones was her going “my Natasha”!

Do you think Thrawn likes Morgan, or Morgan likes Thrawn in the show? Like which one seems more obvious?

Morgan definitely liked Thrawn, and I think it’s clear by how she described him “calling to her” across time and space… it feels very soulmate to me.

But I do think the feeling was reciprocated. He seems… sad when she dies. Which is really different from his usual character archetype.

my intention is not to assume and actor‘s sexuality or be disrespectful at all, but i just have a question: has ivanna ever confirmed if she’s queer or not? i’ve seen a few off-hand posts kinda alluding to the fact she is irl, but i have no knowledge whether she herself has actually come out and confirmed to be so? i just wondered if you know whether she had or not!

I don’t believe she has ever stated publicly, just that she’s commented some comments on fem run Instagram accounts that *could* be taken as flirtatious.

Otherwise, she was in a movie (which I forget the name of) where her character makes out with a woman, so she has in fact played queer roles before :)
