Info about the meme: I hc that Levi wouldn’t wear the protective powder the gem usually wear,allowing him to receive more light during winter when there’s barely a trace of the sun.By doing this,however,his body could be damaged by the cold.Erwin would often wake up during winter to check if he is wearing the powder and then go back to sleep

Hello there!

I promised to do this way back when this AU was still in it’s earliest days, and that was to showcase the Attack on Titan OCs of artists who decided to contribute to the Shingeki No Kuni AU! Links to the original posts and artists will be below each piece!

Good day to you all!I finally finished this beast today that took me two weeks in total to draw.The canvas’s size used to be bigger but alas,ibisPaint would slow down if I didn’t crop the size and reduced the numbers of layers.It is still bigger than the sizes I use usually for my digital art (this one is 2385x1924...)

Here are some information about Serandite!

•The gem have a hardness between 4.5-5.5

•It can be synthesized

•It is a rare gem,located at Mont St.Hillaire in Quebec (I didn’t know that until I did some research about a possible gem for the Warriors...)

Anyway,Pieck’s moon attire is a civilian one and not her official Warrior attire.Her gem’s hardness is in the average for a Warrior.She is not as strong as Reiner or the others,but like her titan,Pieck can be equipped with war equipment to become stronger and more resistant.For further information about the AU,check out Cris!They are the creator of this amazing AU and deserves some love!

Then I read the character description for this dude and I really found it fascinating that he sleeps in the catacombs (I think I read it wrong). He's a really cool character and was really fun to draw.

Just for the sake of posting something - here are the original concepts for Hanji Zoe, Leon Ancel and Erwin Smith from the summer of 2018 along with the original descriptions! 

Hanji Zöe/Axinite Hardness: 6.0-7.5 Hanji Zöe has perhaps one of the busiest gems. With a hardness of 6.0-7.5 on the Mohs Scale, she is a hardy gem who serves like just as much of a soldier as she does a scientist and researcher. She carries around a standard sword, and is certainly a very reckless fighter. But - she’s strong and can fuck w/ you so mentally hard that you’ll be wishing for death by the time she finishes interrogating and torturing you. Despite how eccentric and hyper she comes off to be, she is very kind and gentle when she wants to be - and has a heart as gold as her hair. Eventually, she winds up looking half of her face due to a Lunarian Attack, and serves as a soldier with only one eye.

Leon Ancel/Celestine Hardness: 3.0-3.5 A relatively brittle gem, Leon is far from as hardy as many of the gems his age. Born with incompletely formed legs - along with missing pieces in his left side, he is commonly inactive because he cannot stay conscious for too long due to his incomplete body. Despite his low durability - Leon is a very powerful soldier, known for being quite fast and light on his feet. He goes permanently inactive when the resources needed to keep him active run out, due to there being no evaporite minerals that his body won’t reject to fill his holes. His body is stored in the catacombs - and it is said that when it’s windy at night, the wind going through the cavities in his body almost sound like cries of distress.

Erwin Smith/Pyrope or Some Kind of Ruby Hardness: 7.5-8.0 Prior to Hanji Zöe - Erwin was the gem who was the so-called leader. A tactical genius, Erwin Smith is willing to risk it all for the sake of finding out the secrets of the Lunarians. With a hardness of 7.0-7.5, Erwin is far from the strongest gem his faction of gem soldiers - but he is respected for his sharp mind and his wits. He lost his right arm in the ocean after a Lunarian Attack, and has not been fitted with a new one since. He fits with his left hand, using a very unique sword which appears somewhat like a cutlass? When he is fatally damaged, he is put on the catacombs - near the other previous and deceased leaders of the Scouting Gems.

Now about this digital drawing:me and Cris had a conversation about his AU and I asked him if the mothers we see in Attack on titan were there as well. His answer was yes and I decided to draw Kuchel with Levi.For those who aren’t familiar with Houseki no kuni,every gems are born at the “Shore of Nascency”,a place where inanimate crystallized objects can form a gem. So in this art concept,Kuchel with Kenny were on winter patrol when they found Levi.So this is kind of the aftermath of that meeting.

So I got inspired and drew this. Since Annie works for Marley and have a mission,along Berth and Reiner,to take back the Coordinate to the country,it would make sense that in the AU,they take a fellow synthetic gem back with them!Pretty stretched out for a head canon,but I think that Eren could be a synthetic gem in the AU and lost his memories in his first years.It’s mainly because I believe that Zeke could be a synthetic gem too,and in the manga,they are half brothers.But it’s just my head canon!Nonetheless,it was so much fun drawing this,but it took me so much time drawing Eren on Annie’s shoulder  I hope you enjoyed!
