It could be that I'm a distrusting type, but idk bro. My silly little theory is that Ralsei is another incarnation of Asriel McDeadface and that weird fucking town is him trying to force a Wandavision-style reality where he's just away at "college" and not totally fucking dead, which Frisk's subconscious is trying to reject with the creation of the Dark World fountains.

So, what does Asriel do as damage control? Create his own Dark World and control the narrative, duh! Turn the destruction of the fountains into an adventure with his younger sibling* and the status quo is maintained.

No I don't remember the plot of Undertale. No I don't think my theory actually holds water. Gut feelings are just weird lol

*? Are they even adoptive siblings? Or is Frisk a human Asriel found for his parents to dote on while he's away

So funny story for all the other Canadians (in my province) out there: we're not guaranteed a lawyer! Did not realize that!!

You are entitled to 30 minutes of free legal aid. You may receive a public defender if you are facing a jury trial, but not for offenses with less than 3 years prison time. The public defender is not free, regardless of income. You will be required to pay some amount unless you have $0 in your bank account and no other assets. Even then, if I'm understanding correctly, you will still be billed. There is Legal Aid Coverage, but it doesn't cover the entire bill. It also only applies if you've been charged with a federal indictable offense.

That's right, the one thing Americans do better is the right to a free lawyer. Jesus Christ almighty.

Ok why is everyone like "good for her." Like setting that high school on fire and exploding the car with the mean girl in it was good(ish) for her but almost immediately after she gets stabbed by her religious fanatic abusive mother, appears to sincerely regret it, and dies whilst imploding their house. Like objectively that was not good for her... all the memes lead me to believe she survived and did not die in a house implosion
