So now that Given is done, what is your overall feeling or takeaway from the series? You've been covering it since the beginning, it must be bittersweet for you. It's just hitting me now that the series is over since it was so important to me and it makes me a little sad that it's over.

To be honest, there's so much, but mainly that life goes on no matter what.

Given meant a lot me, but stuff happened behind the scenes which really ruined it for me. If it weren't for my fantastic teammates, I would've given up on it. I couldn't wait for it to end, but when we were scanlating the final chapter, that's when it really hit me. It certainly WAS a bittersweet feeling. I felt empty and I was really sad about it ending because it had inspired me in so many ways, and I also made a few good friends because of it.

Kizu natsuki sensei announced a side story for Given btw. It will be serialised in Cheri+ and the first chapter is set for release end of Jan 2024. She also mentioned she doesn't know how many chapters there will be in the end.

And I'm sorry I took forever to reply!

I heard Nexus Scanlations are at least inactive, their website doesn't work anymore, and their last release was in May 2020. Seems noone is working on Ameiro Paradox anymore ;_; Am happy for the official release though!

Hello! I'm not sure if anyone answered this question before but here goes: Why is everyone in the Given crew being called by their first name except Ritsuka? Is this something he's not comfortable with?

Hello~ Nothing of the sort has been mentioned anywhere in the manga I can only assume Haruki and Akihiko stick to it partly because they like calling him "Ue-sama" (My lord) My best guess is that the three of them (Mafuyu included) have been calling him by his surname for so long it's probably really awkward for them to switch to his first name.

Uenoyama too probably won't know how to react should he ever be called Ritsuka. 😄

the reason i don’t like groupchats and discords and stuff it’s because of how easily you can say something and for it to be ignored by everyone or to get the vibe that you’re not vibing with people. and i always think like !!!!!!! i hate this
