those were the days, those were the days... Cause after this, I just felt like Ichigo was just being dragged around by everybody else. 

During this time, Ichigo was at his brightest. He did things that are based on his will, with his own powers, with his own effort. Tbh, with the other arcs, I just couldn’t find Ichigo’s will, intent, and reason. What does he want to do?

So remember, the heroine of Bleach isn't Rukia Kuchiki. It's Orihime. The character who was cooking and wearing an apron and being a house wife. Okay then.

Okay so I just noticed, I made one mistake in the translation of the video on Bleach’s editorial staff, Toya’s comment on Kubo’s views on the heroine.

At around 0:40, in the sub it’s, “So you prefer Orihime, huh”

But upon closer inspection, the male host actually said:

“Mune ha ka...”　or as written in japanese, “胸派か。。” which means, “So you prefer boobs, huh”

Okay, okay, calm down. Before I receive any hate or death threats from anyone saying I’m making this up to make fun or insult a certain someone, I will explain.

Mune/ 胸 means breast/boobs, 

Ha/ 派 means a faction, usually used when telling your preference (ex: Inuha(犬派) if you prefer dogs and Nekoha (猫派) if you prefer cats)

You can go check and listen to the video, yourself. I’m just translating guys, no offense meant :D And when I’m wrong I make sure it is corrected. I apologize for the mistake.

I’ll be translating and subbing the whole video btw (if anyone still cares about it lol). I’ll make sure to correct the mistake in the previous video.

Kai Chihiro tweet about Bleach’s last volume. I love how she’s so passive aggressive about the story. She even liked a tweet about the contents being “ugly”.

oh and for the record, watching that Bleach special and the comment by that editor, you cannot infer whether what kind of heroine he is referring to.

Okay, don't get me wrong. I don't have anything against Rukia not being a heroine, as long as she is considered the semi-protagonist, not just some aibou/partner for Ichigo. 

Oh dear, poor Rukia, being sidelined as always, congrats, you’re a supporting character now. I still love you though.

oh rukia and ichiruki fans you wouldn’t like what that editorial staff said about Kubo’s views on Rukia’s character in Bleach in the Jump Police: Bleach Special tv show.

On Rukia being sidelined in Bleach

Does it ever piss you off when Kubo only uses Rukia to save his ass when Bleach’s story doesn’t do well and after that’s done, she’s basically sidelined from the story, forgotten?

Even though Rukia was supposed to be such a pivotal character to the story, a “semi-protagonist” that represents the shinigami’s, she basically did nothing in the final fight with Yhwach, and yet Kubo drew her in the final volume with Ichigo (as if that volume was all about them) and even mentioned her in his thank you message.

It’s like he just drew her there and even mentioned her, just to... you know, give you nostalgic feels when Bleach was in its best and make you compromise with the shit he has done.

But no, Kubo. Things don’t work that way.
