As a person that suffers from an eating disorder and wants to recover it’s a very strange feeling, I don’t want to keep gaining weight but at the same time… at the same time I don’t know it feel good to be healthy, it feels good when your family gets happy at the minimum gain that I have it’s just strange !

I just needed to share this cuz I’m changing therapist and I don’t have, well I do have people to talk to but it’s just don’t flow like it would with a therapist.
