Oh I never posted this but after enjoying painting Necromunda guys so much I went and painted this Rogue Doc conversion I made sometime... uh maybe in 2023 actually? My brushes really started to deteriorate towards the end there but I think she turned out great!

Dwarf Fortress

The equivalent of Antarctic research stations but in fantasy worlds like for example there’s an evil terrible region of rotting and nightmares but like nine miles from the edge there’s a very ugly little building optimistically called Observation Center 1 and it’s full of normal humans just vibing. for like 90% of the year they can’t leave because that’s Death Fog Season but it balances out because they can study the ghost migrations and also hear the whalesong-like calls of The Unspeakable Ones asking you to come outside for a game of checkers but thankfully the checkers set is kept locked up to slow down anyone that gets tempted

The quiffster. Like I said before I miss how contemporary the weirdos in og Necromunda were, this guy's outfit is totally doable today, maybe even his hair? Lots of fun but I'm not 100% sure I covered or interpreted his gear properly. There's a lot.

I wanted this guy to have kind of a deep skintone so I started basing him in burgundy which might have been a mistake because I had to layer over it like crazy. I never noticed this model had a moustache before, I had to give him a little touch of white in it. He's got a little bit of the Tim Capello sexy sax man going on.
