i apologize to everyone who has made requests with me that appear to have been lost to the void/time. the truth is i got very discouraged in my writing and had been posting them all privately/deleting immediately. i may revive this account sometime soon and post all of those lost requests as well. im currently settling into a new job in a new city and have been feeling better mentally, so i hope i can get back to writing soon. im not sure if anyone has been anticipating this, but i wanted to update regardless 💜

this may be an unpopular opinion, but i have a problem with writing pre-debut (reality show, trainee, or even up until it) skz fanfic and not mentioning w00jin (idk why im censoring. i dont want this to fall into ab6 circles i guess. no hate, love them). like, i just read a beautiful coming together story - as in the forming of skz - that just omits his presence entirely. the entire time i was reading it, i felt this massive chasm was forming in my chest, despite how much i loved the fic.

let me be clear, i dont know what i believe about his departure. the accusations, the response, everything is just sketchy. all i know is his presence in the group had a massive impact on all of the members, and his very sudden departure left a mark on every stay who were there when it happened.

im a predebut stay, ive been since before the show started. i listened to 3racha in early/mid 2017 and fell in love with their dumbasses. ive been following them ever since. he was a big part of the journey skz went on, and regardless of how i feel about him (or how you feel about them, or they feel about them) i dont feel comfortable writing him out of the narrative. pretending he didnt exist feels sour and indecent, idk. like i said, unpopular opinions and such

for my sanity i just need jk to do one of those tattoo explanation videos (the gq korea ones) like this one from hanse.

on a serious note, tattoos are still so taboo in korea (and many other parts of the world), and with jk/bts being so high profile, i think it would do leagues to further the conversation and bring to light the realities of those with tattoos. the progress thus far on decriminalization in korea has been slow, it should be talked about more
