Maryam Gate Residence is located in the center of the Maryam island masterplan in Sharjah along the Arabian Gulf. The development provides 389 units, consisting of studios, 1-4 bedroom apartments, and a duplex townhouse.

The aim is to develop a product that is cost-effective, adaptable, and efficient and also offers a comfortable and habitable environment for its tenants. The focus was to maximize the efficiency of the building layout by limiting the number of cores and reducing the area of circulation while maximizing the leasable areas with predominant views toward the Sharjah Skyline and waterfront.

At the forefront of the design lies a fundamental focus on sustainability as far as the massing and orientation of our building are concerned as well as the systems that are used to help minimize power consumption. The landscaping strategy relies on the appropriate distribution of hardscaping to softs caping with intelligent xeriscaping strategies proposed.

#Meet Nabil Al Kindi Managing Director As the Managing Director, Nabil AlKindi oversees and provides strategic guidance and leadership to the SIE Consultants team. With his extensive knowledge, expertise and experience in all aspects of Development, Infrastructure & Design Management, he has led a multitude of organizations to succeed in the field of Real Estate Development and Management over the past 16 years in the Middle East. His leadership has been instrumental in delivering towards Dubai’s retail expansion, including a number of landmark projects & key master plan developments to his already impressive portfolio in the region. Prior to the establishment of SIEC, he held the post of Chief Operating Officer with Arabtec Holding, playing a major role in the achievement of the company’s strategic initiatives including regional and international project expansions. He was appointed as the Chief Development Officer at Tourism Development and Investment Company and Zaabel Investments, where he delivered on the design, development and delivery of several prestigious and renowned successful projects. His passion for Real Estate began early where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from the US and is a member of the Society of Engineers in the UAE before joining as Director of Development at Emaar Properties.
