I come from a world where some species of Pokémon are sapient and some are not; it depends on their level of intelligence. As an added point of background, two years ago there was a disastrous and still poorly understood event that lead to every living animal, both human and Pokémon, becoming to some degree "fused" or "hybridized." The change is usually less pronounced in humans, though.
I am now a Riolu & Ralts hybrid, but I was born and raised as a Riolu. It is a common misconception that what humans classify as "baby Pokémon" are inherently immature members of their species. In the presence of excess resources, a sexually mature adult of some species will naturally produce a "baby Pokémon," who exhibit a longer juvenile period than their peers. Despite being part Riolu, I am an adult, and have been for some time; however, I was still an adolescent when I was separated from my mother, and I have not had a sufficiently strong bond with anybody yet to have evolved.
With all that being said-- Lucario, and especially Riolu, culture is primarily based on sparring. Adolescents in particular like to spar at all hours of the day and night. Pups are typically raised by a single parent, but in areas where human foot traffic is more common or when pups are very young, a second adult (usually a sibling of the primary parent or an older pup who is still with them, but possibly a mate) may occasionally assist in finding food and protecting the offspring. Clutches are usually one or two pups, although more experienced Lucario have been known to adopt eggs from other members of their social group. Once pups are old enough to start sparring, they tend to be left alone for longer periods of time, but parents rarely go beyond "aura range."
Lucario are fiercely protective of their young. When there are sufficient resources for those pups to be Riolu, they spend more time playing and forming strong social bonds with siblings or peers; however, Riolu who aren't very interested in battle or rough play tend to have a very difficult time connecting socially. In situations where there are insufficient resources to allow for Riolu to be born, the pups mature faster and begin helping their parent(s) with hunts more readily, but they also tend to have quite stunted social development.
I was surprised to find that humans believe Lucario make good partners, but I suppose we have very different experiences! Most Lucario-- and by extension, Riolu-- are extremely wary of humans and avoid them at all costs. Although, if a human can manage to earn their trust, they will have an extremely difficult time finding a more loyal companion.
As for Ralts... I can't speak much to their way of doing things, but I know that once they leave infancy, they are often left to their own devices. They are able to care for themselves sooner than Riolu or Lucario are, but they have more difficulty learning to control their respective aura-sensing abilities and are shy even with other members of their own species, at least until they are older. I know that Gardevoir and Gallade mate monogamously and stay together for life, usually but not always with one another. At least in the community I lived with for a few months, it was quite a taboo for two Gallade to become mates with one another, and a bit less so with two Gardevoir (regardless of sex, in the latter case). An ideal partnership is a Gallade and a Gardevoir, regardless of the Gardevoir's sex (although I suspect this is a cultural behavior, not a biological one).
Of course, Gallade are rarer than Gardevoir, so some communities only have a few Kirlia who manage to evolve that way.
edit:
I forgot to mention this, but I have an earlier post on the subject of rivals, if you are curious. You can find it here: https://www.tumblr.com/silaspokemontrainer/725642903069900800/observations-vol-1-rivals?source=share
Okay, I'm making posts talking about different pokemon behaviors and culture, and I kinda need help with it. My world doesn't have any sentient pokemon (like, pokemon that you can have regular conversations with), and it can be hard to convey what you mean psychicically, even when you have a super smart Orbteetle. So, to the sentient pokemon that have a rotomblr, what are some of your behaviors and species culture?

No option for a hybrid of two Pokémon, but that is what I am. No outside human-ness.
I feel like this poll needs to be made

Surely other regions allow sentient Pokémon to apply for identification? My Trainer Card comes with a chip that prevents me from being caught as long as I keep it on my person; not to mention most Pokéballs have safety features to allow for an escape in the event of an emergency.
Although, then again, I am not an “eebydeeby” or a “faller,” I am quite literally just a normal hybrid Pokémon in a region where all Pokémon are hybrids.
okay so that person who was on my blog was just a kid named Michael who was setting out on their journey, didn’t mean any harm, and was genuinely unaware
he gave me my phone back, released me, and gave me several berries and potions
he decided to make his own blog, it’s @michaelandturtwig if you’d like to see that
i am. honestly terrified. being in the pokeball was scary :(
im probably gonna take a break from Rotomblr for a bit.

I am unsure why you are asking Pokémon and not your fellow humans, but nonetheless-- I do not find humans attractive.
ok, I need to ask this otherwise I'll die
DEAR POKEMON OF ROTUMBLR
<photo of Aiden taken directly from his spindagram. It's a simple mirror selfie he took post workout. He's wearing a tank top and his hair is meesy, but in a way it makes him look quite pretty. He's smiling a bit as some drops of sweat drip down on his face>
IS THIS MAN HOT?!?!?!?!??!?

I am curious if this would be comfortable, but I must admit that I do not think I could be relaxed enough for it.

I especially see people express confusion about hybrids like myself, which is interesting for me! I come from a region where, due to an ecological disaster a few years ago, all Pokémon are hybrids and all humans have some degree of Pokémon features (although some more strongly than others).
"Why are there so many hybrids and sapient Pokémon on here?" you ask on the hybrids and sapient Pokémon website.

I am quite tall for my species at about 2'5", and my tallest Pokémon is my Shellos at approximately 13 inches tall.
You know what new reblog game. Reblog this with your height and your tallest Pokemon's height I wanna see something. For example, I'm 5'0 and my tallest Pokemon is Basil at 4'11.

Anyone is welcome to ask my Pokémon questions if they would like! I am happy to translate on their behalf.
Ooc
I want to propose a fun idea to those running trainer blogs.
essentially, let your Pokémon take over the blog for a short amount of time. That’s right, it’s not the trainer writing and answering questions, it’s their pokemon
This will be a fun way for people to understand the Pokémon better, and how they truly feel
if enough people are interested I’ll make a special pokereality ask game for it, with questions directed towards the pokemon

My Fletchling wanted me to declare that my blog is officially his territory and no other Fletchling will be allowed on it. Additionally he would like to declare this post as his "nest" and claims that he lives here and so I should attach a picture.

Beware of Fletchling, I suppose!

Human gender deeply confuses me, I must admit. I understand that plenty of Pokémon come to identify closely with a more human-style gender after spending time among humans, but I am still struggling to figure out the rules myself. Perhaps the most confusing part is that many humans seem to think there are only two genders, but it is self-evident that there are more than that.
Among Pokémon, there are many genders. A few are fairly universal, such as the gender associated with... ah, I can only think of it as a "red-type" personality due to my own connections with aura. Red, green, and blue-type genders are the most common, from what I know. Many genders are also exclusive to a particular type or species; my mother's gender is one that only Fighting-types have. Most Pokémon speech is ungendered anyway.
Human gender is interesting, though! I think that mine is best described as "male," but my Pokémon gender cannot be described so concisely outside of my native language.
Trevenant person again!
They've practically raised me, so they're pretty old too. Man I gotta visit home again so they can check on their forest.
Anyways, rambling aside, I also have a Roselia! He's very good friends with my Trevenant and also helped practically raise me. No interest in becoming a Roserade, and he's big into status effects.
They're old pals and I can't imagine life without 'em.
Do you have any cool Roselia stories?
Also, any ideas to help people not misgender him? He doesn't get too upset, but y'know. It's something I'm sure would make him happier too.
Very interesting!
I do have some fun Roseila stories, actually! The professor I worked under on the last field expedition I went on actually had a Roselia who decided she wanted to evolve during that trip so he LITERALLY paid out of pocket to the first person to find a Shiny Stone for her. I didn't get that poke unfortunately but it was a very pretty moment, because he walked off into the woods with Roselia and the stone and came back an hour later with his brand new Rosarade and she was so lively. I guess she'd been thinking about evolution pretty hard and it had been stressing her out and evolution + the relief of choice brightened her right back up. Very sweet.
If he's interested in clothing you could get him a little blue vest! Most people see blue and assume "male" even if it's not really applicable! I have no other suggestions sadly, I don't really suffer from the "pokemon misgendering" thing :( the majority of gender stereotypes for my current pokemon are actually correct. Willow is female, Stranger is male, Rowlet is male, my Rotom is just a dickhead and thinks gender is beneath it most days.

🗯 gliscor?
A stealthy and extremely bulky Pokémon! They are likewise excellent hunters. Many Fighting-types look down on ambush tactics, but I do not. I will readily admit that Gliscor frighten me; one could easily carry me off if they were so inclined!

Gift box, Trevenant
For a Trevenant who was born from the death of a human child, I would likely name them whatever their name in life had been, assuming they remembered it. Otherwise...
The name I would give in my native language might somewhat translate to "Beloved Guardian," but for one that sounds pleasant in the human language, I'd say Sheltertree, which is a larger tree that is left to protect smaller ones from the elements while cutting down trees for industrial use.

Leafeon 🗯🗣!
A peace-loving Pokémon and a fairly rare one in the wild, but it seems to be a popular partner for trainers. They are often quite beautiful, and I enjoy speaking to them. Leafeon are usually quite wise Pokémon, I've noticed. More than one has given me the advice that it is alright to be against starting fights, but that you should always be prepared to finish them.

🗯 My opinion of that Pokemon: Scolipede
Powerful, determined hunters. Some think that the application of venom is an underhanded tactic, but if it fills your belly, there is no room to complain. I would hate to be chosen by one as prey! I have quite a lot of respect for them.
