I did so good... I didn't eat today.. then all of a sudden I fuck it all up by eating bread sticks.. obviously I got rid of it... but still.. I feel like a gross pig.. I'm so fat.. my button from my pants even popped off yesterday... Made me so embarrassed and gross...

There is times where I just can't help but cry when I look in the mirror... I hate what I see.
All I see is this person who can't seem to get anything right. That's okay I guess. One of these days I will be happy but until then I just have to take a breath and remind myself it's okay. My mind is messed up and so is alot of others. I'm not alone I know that..

Why is it so hard for me to just stop. To stop putting all the disgusting food in my mouth. I'm stupidly overweight and I feel gross. I want to be skinny I don't wanna be fat anymore...
