I gotta get used to people calling me Silver lmao im so used to people either calling me by my full username or my preferred nickname (Jami). Not that i have anything against Silver its just weird to me i didn't expect people to actually call me that HAHA.

I understand that people who don't know me well personally would rather use silver then jami, im just surprised that the nickname i came up with on a whim has become so associated with me amongst my mutuals..

Im crying bc i thought about kira nerys for 4 seconds.

She went from an orphaned child soldier to the liberator of Cardassia. She freed the people that oppressed her and took her childhood and her parents and countless friends. And she did it all even tho she was sure she was going to die and didn’t even WANT to help them. But she did it because she knew it was the RIGHT thing to do. And then she immediately lost her partner and best friend, Odo, when she went home. And then all but one of her other friends left as well.

She lost her partner, Bareil, in like the worst way possible, a piece at a time. She lost her new father figure, Tekeny. She lost her sister/daughter Ziyal. She lost Jadzia. She lost her close friend and religious figure, Sisko.

The universe took everything from you and your faith never wavered, your kindness only grew with time. You took no shit from anyone and you slayed the whole time. Nerys you are everything to me.

I may... be making a bad ending for my Aqua Inferno story... Maybe i will have two timelines because i kinda dont want my ocs to suffer but also it would fit so well with how the characters are written and their themes ;w;

This is how i see the interactions between my kirby ocs and their mirror counterparts btw.

Aqua just hangs out with this random woman that occasionally blames her for all her problems but the asks for help in the same breath.

Random thought:

I know the most common headcanon about the reflections from mirror dimension is that they are like siblings to the og counterparts but i kinda like the idea of them simply being doppelgangers-

Just dudes who look and act like you but are basically total strangers. I think it opens up for some funny interactions.

Bling and her reflection

Yes a Mirror Bling does exist! Despite her parents splitting before she was "born", since she was created by the dimension mirror this wasn't an issue for her. She never really got to meet them though and instead was raised by a family of Mir waddle dees. Her and Bling are close friends despite the mutal distrust of both the lightworld and the mirror world.

"Battlefield"

This is actually a piece that is eactly one year and one day old now!! Drew this on the 15th of July 2024.

I love the fact that Meta Knight is a war veteran in Hoshi no Kaabii. I feel like it was well explored but also... wish it would've been talked about more in the show. So at the time that i made this piece, if i remember correctly, i wanted to show the dark side of such a war. MK was a strong warrior, but im sure he had his moments of doubts and weakness.

I'll never undestand the point of making war personally, it seems to only bring sadness and despair to those living it. Wether they are on the battlefield or outside of it.

Unlike Aqua and her reflection, these two absolutely hate eachother. In fact they feel that they each embody eachothers greatest flaws and weaknesses. Though at their core, they might be more similar then they like to admit.
