Just started publishing this! It was meant to be a ficlet, but then it became 98 pages and over 60k long, soooooo. This is what I spent the last month writing instead of the next fatlb chapter, but oh well. It's completed, and goes up Wednesday and Saturday until fully published.

So this month's chapter isn't going to get written - not because author's block or anything, but because all my writing energy has gone towards an au that was meant to be a ficlet and is now over 50k words long, soooo... yeah. I've not don this before, but I'm actually going to adjust the due date for fatlb's next chapter. I've been productive with this time so I deserve it XD

On that note, be on the look out for In the Dead of Night in the near future! I'm very close to finishing it and it will start going up once it's been properly beta-read and edited to publishing standards. Hope y'all like creature features.

The chapter is written, and should be up in a few days! Give thanks to my betas, because they put up with my shenanigans and I 100% have not given them enough time to actually do their job on this chapter before the due date. Anyways, I hope y’all are ready for some violence :)

Most of the new chapter is written, but I need to nail out some hard timelines and some behind the scenes character details and whatnot before I can properly write the last scene. Shouldn’t take too long, so hopefully the chapter will be out on time! The actual writing is the easiest part of this scene XD It just depends how unfair I can get away with being on my betas, whose real lives obviously come before this fic. Fingers crossed though!

I'm in a bad mood so it's time vaguepost about a comment I got on my fatlb (that's the Naruto fic) that I handled with grace at the time because I chose to show mercy that was not deserved.

So really it's incredibly fucking straightforward: if you aren't enjoying a fic, just stop reading it. It's literally that easy. Don't leave a flame telling the author how bad it is because YOU don't enjoy it. Don't tell them how YOU would have handled it - and to those commentors who do this, shut the fuck up, you aren't writing or posting anything, YOUR handling of it is a blank fucking page. Don't tell them what YOU want to happen (and this is different to speculation. Speculation is great! "you should have done it this way/this is what should happen" is very different from "oooh I wonder if x might happen or if character is over at Y"). And especially don't fucking leave a sign off comment 'nah I'm not into this and this is why I'm not continuing to read' like your opinion fucking matters.

Guess what, every commenter who does that. We don't fucking care! We don't care. You don't like it you don't read it, and that's not my fucking problem. So stay the fuck out of my comments section trying to make it my problem because honestly? I just don't fucking care. Not about you, and not about your opinion. Have a shit life, douchebag.

I think some of you take the phrase “its not true friendship unless you bully each other” and take it as “oh so if I make fun of people then they will become my friend!!”

No. the phrase means that you trust each other and know each other well enough to tease one another while knowing exactly what the other person’s boundaries are.

This does not mean leaving unnecessarily rude comments/tags on random ppl’s posts thinking that it’s just friendly ribbing when you are not, in fact, friends with that person. And guess what?? Now that person is even less likely to be your friend.
