63- Single, About to Die, but Ready to Mingle: Create an elderly sim with the noncommittal trait. You're not getting any younger! There's no point in marrying--you're on death's doorstep as it is. But you've always been that Sim who's always dating somebody. Choose five Sims of any age group available for dating. You must romance, become their partner, go on at least one date, and then break up with them. You can remain dating the last partner if you wish. [BG]
64.- Adopt a Pet! (Replayable): Adopt a pet of your choosing [Mrow]
65.- House of Death: Pick a household with at least two sims. Ensure the two sims are at least both young adults or older. No matter what they do, death seems to be around the corner. Kill this sim as many ways as you have access to (base game has 9 deaths, 10 if you're playing an elder). Every time your sim dies, the writer sim brings them back to life with the book of life [BG]
66.- Born Sexy Yesterday: You've been obsessed with space your entire life. Join the scientist career. Your goal is to find an alien to fall in love with and marry, and maybe even get to Sixam! [GTW]
67.- I Am A Normal Human Being Just Like You: Create an alien sim. You've been sent to the Sims planet to see if there are any useful resources, but you've lost track of your mission and have become obsessed with sim food. Max out your cooking and gourmet cooking skill, and complete the chef career track. [GTW]
68.- The Cop and The Criminal: You will need a married set of Sims to complete this. Change their careers so one is a cop and the other is a criminal. Your criminal sim has fallen into a life of crime the same time their partner has decided that policework is the path for them. While at first your criminal believed this to be a waking nightmare, it actually has made your criminal work much easier because no one suspects a cop's spouse. The criminal has told the cop spouse that they're actually a painter (painter, money launderer through the art industry. Is there really a difference?. Reach the top of each careers. The criminal needs to have the painting skill maxed out and some paintings on the wall to help sell the idea that they're a painter. You should also have a suspicious number of very nice paintings/sculptures in your house. [GTW]
69.- Landlord Economy: Pick a new household and save up money to buy an unoccupied house as a rental property. (Or kick a house sim out if none are unoccupied.) Notate the cost of the house when you buy it. Delete everything in the house and remodel it for twice the value, and portion it out so you can rent it to other Sims. (With a shared community space for facilities but separate bedrooms for each renter). Charge the maximum possible for rent. [FR]
70.- Leader of the HOA: You have decided that you are your community's leader! Reach maximum friendship with everyone in your neighborhood. Create a club of everyone in your neighborhood (basically making an HOA) and Max out the groups upgrades. While this is going on, do not influence the Neighborhood Action Plans (NAPS). When you have finished making friends and created your club, begin the repeal process and select NAP Programs that benefit your household above all else. [EL]
71.- Ambition Eats Morality: Find a house with a couple, and have a child. Give this child the ambitious trait. You grew up in a household where you were expected to achieve. Your parents believed that a strict routine would set you up for life. In terms of the child's character value they should have the positive traits of manners, responsibility, and emotional control, but the negative traits of empathy and conflict resolution by the time they reach young adulthood. Give the child a curfew and the parenting should be rather strict. In adulthood, sign them up for university with the end goal of a lawyer career. In young adulthood, being pushed to strive and be better, you are a star student but a terrible friend. You can maintain one positive friendship with this sim, but you tend to make enemies wherever you go because you're willing to step on others in order to get ahead. Go to university to become a lawyer. Once graduated, join the lawyer career and reach the top of the career as fast as possible, and have at least 10 declared enemies. You've reached top success, but it's only when you're crowned the victor in a game your parents made up, you realize what it cost to get here, and you wonder if it had been worth it. [DU]
72.- The Host With The Most: Find, create, or conceive a Cheerful sim. Age them up to Young Adult if necessary. You are just happy to be here, and you love making friends and having social gatherings. You will be hosting several different parties, and it's important that your sim is reasonably skilled enough to pull these parties off by having the correct skill points. Ensure that your house is equipped to host several different kinds of parties. Make 15 close friends. Host and get at least silver on a dinner party, a house party, a spooky party, a dance party, neighborhood potluck, a pool party. Optionally, you can do a family reunion if your sim has enough family to host a family reunion. (And of course, if you do not have a DLC that contains one of these parties, feel free to skip them!) [BG] [Spooky Stuff] [GeTo][GT][FR]
73.- The Lord of Babysitters: Find, create, or conceive a childish sim. They can be a teen or adult for this event. You've always had a knack with children--they find you funny and you find them adorable. Get a job as a babysitter and reach the top of the career. Create a club with at least 5 children sims. Develop the club to its maximum potential, and include children's activities. Build a space in the childish sim's house for their little babysitter's club. [GeTo]
74.- The Klutz on a Mission! Find, create, or conceive a sim with the clumsy trait. You've always been a little clumsy and your entire life you've never let it slow you down. You've been dreaming of the jungle your entire life. Choose/change to the the Jungle Explorer aspiration, which you will complete by the end of the event. Save up 20,000$ for your vacation which you will go on by yourself. Max out your Selvadoradian Culture skill as well as archeology skill. Befriend 5 people in Selvadoradia. Buy a camera and Take 2 photos in each area of the game to great a photo-gallery. These photos should each be unique in some way. Collect each of the rare fruits in the area and one of each artefact. When this and your aspiration is complete, return home. If you have not already, create a public museum lot for you to display your artifacts and photos, or remodel an existing museum to accommodate the wing. [JA]
75.- The Collection's Museum: Create/renovate a public museum with enough wings for each kind of collectable in the Sims, so that it can be put out on display. Include a bookcase for writer Sims to bring their written books into. (If you have encountered an event that's asked you to build this lot, consider this event complete. Draw a new event). [BG]
76.- The Creative Spark: Find, create, or conceive a sim with the creative trait and choose / change to the writer aspiration, which must be completed. Your passion is writing and vacationing. Save up 10,000$ and gain at least writing level 9 to write mysteries Go on as many vacations in as many worlds as you can muster. Buy a laptop to keep in your inventory. For each location you visit, write a mystery book. You're effectively doing research vacations to create a realistic setting for your books. [BG]
77.- Romance is My Middle Name: Create, Conceive, or find a sim with the romantic trait. Love is in the air! At least, you're PRETTY sure it is. Change your romantic preferences to be non-jealous of all aspects. You've always wanted to be a writer, and there's nothing you adore more than a good romance. Raise you writing to be high enough level to write romance books, and create a writing nook with items that make the environment flirty. How do you plan on getting good stories to write romances on? Why, by going on dates of course! While you do not have to ask anyone out (you can if you want) you must reach 50% romance with 5 Sims and go on at least one date with each sim (you do not need to be officially dating any of these sims). After, you can write a book with the narrative of using your date experience as the foundation for your romance novel. [BG]
78.- Sauna Please! (Replayable): Build A sauna in your sim's home [SD]
79.- Bowling Night!: Build a public bowling alley or renovate a public lot to include a bowling alley. [BN]
80.- Galactic Roads, Take Me Home: Create a toddler alien sim and their adult alien parent(s). Your family first came to Simgea (Sim Earth) as ambassadors to make peace and learn about the humans. However, your parents crash landed into distant Strange Town, ruining any equipment they might have had. What's worse? Your parents were stranded and your mother/can-conceive-child-parent was pregnant with you! The town was surprisingly welcoming to your parents. They taught them about the humans world, and helped deliver you. While Strange Town did not have any resources to get back to Sixam, the town helped locate neighborhood close enough to a science laboratory. Giving your parents funds and direction, your parents set off to start a life and maybe one day make it back to Sixam. Settle your alien family in any desert world (it reminds them of Strange Town, they're sticking with what they know). Both the parent Sims should be fairly career oriented but neither can be an astronaut nor a scientist. Your parents are otherwise very loving and protective parents of their alien child (you). Growing up, your young sim should be focused on the sciences. When they reach young adulthood, age up the parents to elderly. Your young adult sim should go to university for sciences to ultimately join the science career. When finally a scientist, they should put all efforts into getting back to Sixam to report to your homeland what had happened, and that their ambassador mission was a success. Strange Town is a ghost town now, but there are plenty more interesting places with nice Sims for the aliens of Sixam visit. [GTW]
81- ABDUCT ME: Every since you were little, you've dreamed of being abducted by aliens. But you're not the kind of sim who's smart enough to make it in the science career (or maybe you are, but you're sure you aren't) By raising your logic to 7, become focused, and and using the search for truth on a telescope to get abducted by aliens. [GTW]
82 - The Mother's Daughter is The Mother's Daughter: (Kidnapping cults tw) You are The Mother's Daughter (The Mother is referencing Strangerville's storyline). Create a sim with a floral aesthetic, and build her a simple home with an elaborate greenhouse. Reach gardening 10, and complete the steps to getting the forbidden fruit to create plant sims. Plant this forbidden fruit to grow a tree and grow it indoors so it's growing all season. Eat this to become a plant sim. When it wears off, eat another fruit. When your sim is a plant sim, it is time to act. Befriend 6 homeless Sims and 1 sim that lives on a lot ( a homeless sim is defined as not currently living on a lot) and ask them to move in with you. Turn these new sims into plant Sims. Narratively, the Daughter is enchanting and kidnapping people to turn them into plant sims. Create a club for your eight Sims, as you have effectively created a plant cult! Make sure each sim in the cult has at least 5 in the wellness skill and access to wellness items--which, alongside gardening, is their main club activity. Now switch households to the family you had taken a sim from (the family of the 1 sim that lives on the lot). Pick a young adult sim or older for this next part. You family member has left suddenly to join the plant cult! You're determined to put a stop to this, but nothing you do can bring your family member back. Move out of your home and into Strangerville by yourself. Quit your job and join the military in vain hope of getting more access to whatever is going on in this town. Change your aspiration to the Strangerville mystery and complete it. The only way to save your friends from The Daughter is to deal with The Mother. When The Mother is dealt with, you can go and ask your family member sim to move back in with you, which they will, as the hold The Daughter had has weakened enough. The rest of the Sims remain with The Daughter, still fully enveloped in this madness. As you play Event Mode, should you ever get invited to join The Plant Cult you must always say yes, travel to the Plant Cult's lot, and eat the fruit to become a plant sim, and take a fruit to grow your own tree on your home lot. Whenever you play Sims in the plant cult, you must always maintain them as plant Sims. The only way to free them from being a plant sim is if another family member/member of the household travels to The Daughter, declares her an enemy, and wins in a fist fight against The Daughter. Only then can they leave the club and stop maintaining themselves as a plant sim. [STV][GeTo]
83- Oh Baby!: For this challenge you need a household of at least one sim capable of getting pregnant, and one sim identified as male. You and your male partner have decided it's time to expand that family, but you're taking a unique twist. You must have a child per each different way to have a child: Woohoo, Science Baby, Adoption, and Abduction! Alien Abductions can only get male Sims pregnant. It is advised to go down the scientist career for the satellite to contact with aliens, and then also have a level 7 in logic, become focused, and use the telescope to search for the truth.[BG], and optionally, [GeTo]
84- Everything is Numbers: Find, create, or conceive a sim with the Genius trait. Sure you could have gone into tech or you could have been a scholar, but instead you've decided that you're going to use your intelligence for the greater good by joining the detective career track. Reach level 5 in the detective career track. Make friends with at least two of your coworkers. At level 5, skip work for 2 days in a row to trigger getting fired. Narratively, you were fired unfairly because one of your coworkers set you up to fail. Pick one of the coworkers you're friends with and declare them your enemy and reach max rivalry with them. Join the criminal career and choose the Oracle branch. The side of good has failed you, so you'll be the evil genius you suppose you were born to be. [GTW]
85- You Cried: Create or conceive a sim with the gloomy trait, and a sibling that will end up as a ghost. Your whole aesthetic is the rainstorm, of darkness and gloom. Build small house on a medium lot or bigger, dedicating much of the space to nature. The house should look like it was renovated from some kind of an abandoned building. You've fully accepted your gloom as a part of you and embrace what beauty you manage to find amidst your sorrows. Though your sibling has passed on, they still haunt the place they died, an abandoned building that everyone seems to have forgotten about. You renovated the place as best as you could, and live comfortably with your sibling. As a gloomy sim, you get boosts to creative skills such as painting or writing. Pick one of these passions to create sad paintings or sad books, maxing out the respective skill. Have the lot challenges spooky and off-the-grid. Befriend 10 ghosts. (Wednesday is Ghost night, so you can meet ghosts at bars on Wednesday nights) [BG]
86- You're being Hysterical!: Conceive a sim with the Goofball trait. Reach maximum mischief before becoming an adult to gain the Authentic Prankster Reward Trait (High School Years). You refuse to be serious, and your parents always said it would be the death of you. And now, it really is. Dare 5 Sims to streak, Become a partner in crime with one sim if possible (to be partners in crime the other sim must also have that high a level in mischief). Clog 5 drains at 5 different households. Get a part time job but play hooky as much as financially possible whilst completing these tasks. When all above is complete, trigger the playful emotional death: death by Hysteria. Click Here To Learn How to Boost Playfulness to trigger death by Hysteria. [BG]
87- Find My Zen? You mean a Zen-Headbutt! >:(: Create or conceive a sim with High Maintenance (there is only one Townie that has this trait). You've always been, as they say, a little dramatic about the little things but have no fear! Surely with a little meditation even you will finally be able to reach your calm! Reach level 10 in wellness. You are then going to purchase a lot to create a spa so that everyone else can reach a level of calm and clarity that you've managed to get. Create a club with wellness activities as the main goal. Have 3 different gatherings at your spa and help people relax and take a load off! [SD][GeTo]
88- The Angriest Decorator: Find, create, or conceive a sim with the Hot-Headed trait. Anger is your brand. From your personal aesthetic to your house everything is red, fire, and hot. And it looks GOOD. Have a 5 in athletics but join the Interior Design career. That's right. You might be all muscle and pure rage but your absolute passion is interior design. You want to bring out the personality of your fellow Sims in the way that they design their houses. Reach the top of the Dream Home Decorator Career. [DHD]
89- THE END IS NEAR! Create or conceive a sim with the paranoid trait. You don't trust ANYONE. The world is going to end and you need to be prepared! If this sim lives with anyone, move them out to live by themselves. Create a underground bunker with a hidden entrance and have Simple Living Lot Trait. You're determined to be a self-made sim who does not want to rely on the outside world as much as possible, growing food and raising animals in order to take care of yourself. Try to keep as much of it underground as possible. [STV]
90- Confidence is Key: Find, Create, or conceive a sim with the Self Assured Trait. You've always known that you were destined for something great in your life. You've always loved dancing. From ballet to hip-hop, you're destined for the stage. Max out the dance skill and successfully perform each type of unique dance that you have access to. [BG] and optionally, [GeTo][FR][JA][HR][HSY]
91- The Gauntlet of Yuck!: Create or conceive a sim with the squeamish personality trait. Much like the unfortunate heroes of Greece, you too must undergo a gauntlet set up by a cruel god named "Player Character." Now, you do not need to do this all at once. You can space them out. Squeamish sims get uncomfortable from a handful of unique experiences, and your goal is to trigger each and every one. - Go to Granite Falls and collect insects - Invite a sim over or to a public lot to go fishing together (narratively, they've invited you out to catch fish and for some reason you could not say no) [OR]
Mount a fish you catch and put it in your house (you should get an uncomfortable moodlet by getting too close)
Clean your house!
Have someone walk in on your squeamish sim
Get in a fight with someone!
Keep a room dirty enough to trigger the "icky surroundings moodlet."
Make nectar
Buy a chime and view it
92- What Manic Actually Means: Find or conceive a sim with the erratic trait (it is better if you do not create a new household for this event) You've been the good one all your life. You got good grades, volunteered, and have generally been seen as a model sim. But now that you're a young adult, you're on a journey of self discovery. You're going, as they say, off the rails as you try to find yourself through self expression and experimentation. Radically change your style of clothes, hair color and style, give them tattoos. Change their aspiration to Renaissance Sim which you will complete by the end of this event. When the aspiration has completed, your sim feels confident in who they are and can settle into a career and a partner if they so choose. [BG]
94- Happy Winterfest: Have a baby with Father Winter while also saving up 60,000$. When this baby becomes a young adult, move them out to an empty lot with $50,000 and built them a Winterfest themed house! As Father Christmas' kid, set up 2-5 new holidays.
95- The Four Seasons: Create 4 Townhouses/Houses on a lot with For Rent with each one inspired by spring, summer, autumn, and winter. [S]
96- Tiny Home: Select a household with at least 1 adult. As you've grown older you've fully embraced the maximalist aesthetic, while everyone else calls it hoarding. Renovate the house with copious amounts of clutter, fully embracing the color and chaos. Produce a child if you do not already have one and raise them to be a young adult. As this child, growing up in this sensory overload of a house has all but driven you crazy. Now that you're a young adult, you're overjoyed at the prospect of moving out. Move out and set up a tiny home, with a clear focus on minimalism. [TL]
97- Friendship is Magic (Replayable): It's a little lonely isn't it? Meet a stranger and reach maximum friendship with them. [BG]
98- I'm Leaving You: (Replayable): Much like your fuse, life is short. Reach 50% rivalry with a partner and then divorce / break up with them. [BG]
99- All by Sim-Self: Create a sim that looks like you! [BG]
100- The Sylvan Glade: Find the Hidden Lot called The Sylvan Glade in Willow Creek. When you get there, use " testingcheats true " and then also, " bb.enablefreebuild " cheat to build something on the Sylvan Glade lot. (You can build whatever you want, but if you want direction, build a gazebo). When you're done building, save and exit the game in order to turn off free build. [BG]

Ch 2: Revenge is Best Served Cruel
Hen has moved out and into a small houe by herself, still trying to get her career to take off (she's trying alright?) Her life, though very close to its end, is put on halt when Nancy Landgraab of all people is at her door. Nancy is covered in bood and dirt, shaking and she just says, "I had nowhere else to go."
Geoffrey, sweet Geoffrey, wanted to marry Samantha Harris. Nancy still does not know if Geoffrey had an evil edge this whole time, or if Samantha had encouraged it. Either way, the two of them conspired to dispose of Nancy, and Nancy barely got away. As far as anyone is aware though, Nancy Landgraab is dead. Samantha has since given birth to a baby named Carl, which Nancy suspects might be why the attack happened in the first place. It looks bad if Mr. Down To Earth is unfaithful, right?
Nancy wanted revege. And Hen was here for the ride. Rising through the criminal career, Nancy broke into her house to steal a box of stuff long abandoned from childhood. Her old metal CD's, beanie, and jacket. Boots she hasn't worn since collage. She put it all together to create the perfect disguise to enact her revenge.
First she tormented Samantha. Sure it's usually a dick-move to blame the woman, but she was an active participate in Nancy's murder so an exception can be made here. Then, when Samantha was outright miserable, it was time to seduce her husband back. It wasn't that hard. They had some fun with a little Wohoo and Nancy braznely took him out clubbing, hanging on him the entire time. There, she convinced him to leave Samantha. There, she asked him to marry her.
Samantha at present was refusing to move out since they had a baby together. Nancy did not care. She wasn't going to be moving in any time soon. The wedding venue was chosen, and everyone was invited. Even Samantha. And there, at the altar, Nancy called off the wedding, reveaing herself. Geoffrey and her got INTO IT at the venue. Seams were ripped, buttons went flying, Nancy landed hard on her ass but who cared if she couldn't take Geoff in a fight. He had to go home to a broken and unfaithful marraige, trapped in obligation to care for a newborn.
Nancy went home to her metal music. Maybe it was time to embrace who she was when she was younger, before she was caught up in crime and her family's legacy. Behind her is nothing but burning bridges, and from those ashes, she dreams of rising.

Ch 1: To Be Loved is To Be Changed
Henrietta "Hen" Grove descends from a long line of failed comedians. Despite the fact she's an elder, she is still determined to be the first in her familly to have a successful career in comedy. Hen was a good mother to her son Helianthus, though her nosy nature led to her being a mother hen at best, and overbearingly protective at worst.
Helianthus grew up very sheltered as a result, and devloped agoraphobia in adulthood. He taught himself computer programming and became a very successful freelancer all from the comfort of his bedroom. He rarely left the house, a true loner.
But in quiet moments when Helianthus did not think anyone was listening, he'd practice in the mirror romantic conversations between him and an imagined parnter. Hen heard one of these moments, and that made her decide enough was enough. If this boy would not go out in the world and find someone to love, she would do it for him. One last thing mother can help with, and then she needs to move out. It's not that she wants to, it's just that she could not see Helianthus reasonably dating with her under the same roof.
The bar she went to was an unsuccessful outing. Everyone was wearing a wedding ring. That's where she met Nancy Landgraab--but we'll come back to her later. Hen returned home defeated, and bumped into college studnet Becca Clarke, and after getting to know her, Henrietta knew that Becca might be the partner for Helianthus. Or if not, at least a friend. Helianthus needed someone in his life other than his mother.
The ruse was that Hen was moving into a retirement home and she brought in a roomate to help cover rent. While Helianthus protested, Hen put her foot down stating either he deal with a roomate or move out so she could sell the place. Helianthus decided to stay, preferring the roomate to finding a new place to live.
He and Becca had a lot in common, and quickly fell in love. Becca did come on too strong at one point, for which Helianthus recoiled and while Becca thought that would be the end of them, Helianthus rushed back out of his room to kiss her. And they've been madly in love with each other ever since. Helianthus, a true romantic at heart, fell for this woman.
Becca was searching for purpose. She was in college for writing, rooming with her best friend, but she was struggling with her own happiness. She wasn't sure what she wanted out of life. And then, on a date with Helianthus to the gym, she really felt like she was connecting with him. Helianthus didn't even have proper workout clothes, but he went there because she loved working out. It made her more cheerful, this man so in love with her he's willing to sweat for it.
They did not want a big wedding (Helianthus might have come out of his shell a bit with Becca taking him places, but he was still frightened of the outside world) and eloped instead. And after Becca graduated, they concieved triplets: Jesse, Hadrain, and Summer.
They were expecting twins, but triplets? Helianthus is prepared to be the best stay at home dad while his successful wife takes up the writing scene with passion and style. But who knows that trials lay ahead of them? There are, after all, three babies now dependent on them. Will they be the best parents or will the triplets bring a personality breaking challenge?

This room gives you the sense that the sim who owns it might be obsessed with mirrors. Not their reflection…mirrors.
This room should look like it was furnished with objects found on the side of the road in a college town while everyone is moving out
It definitely looks like someone let a 10 year old re-design this room
Whoever re-designed this room is clearly obsessed with a very specific decade. Pick a decade and go.
There should be an absurd number of places to sit in this new room. (2-5)

Take me to the DLC Short Hand
DLC Tags
Any relevant DLC will be tagged in brackets [like this] and each bracket is linked and takes you to the sims wikia page of what DLC it belongs to. if you'd like to see the DLC shorthand in bulk, click the above link to the DLC Short Hand. If it is Base Game Compatable it will be tagged as [BG]
That being said, just because something might be tagged with a DLC or as Base Game compatable, does not mean you are restricted to that pack's content. It just means you might need it to play. Some events can be optionally run with or without certain DLC, and thus it will be marked as "optionally [DLC Link]"
1-50 Events
For Better or Worse: You and your spouse are fighting! Reach 50% rivalry with your spouse. [BG]
Queen of the Waves: Your mermaid mother gave you to your human grandfather because you were a mermaid born with feet. Now as a young adult, your mermaid features are starting to grow in, and your grandfather has told you the truth. Create a new family with a mermaid young adult and an elderly human as their grandfather. They must live on or near a beachfront. Complete the Beach Life Aspiration. [IL]
Aphrodite's Vanity: Your friend said that some other girl is prettier than you! Make enemies with a female sim that one of your current sim's friend knows. Once enemies, your second goal is to: ruin her life as much as possible or kill her. You can decide when the poor girl has had enough. [BG]
Two Households alike in Dignity: Pick another family who currently lives in a house on any lot. All of the sims in your household must be enemies with every sim in their household. [BG]
I need a Vacation: Go on the longest vacation possible with your whole family if you have one. [BG] and optionally: [JA] [OR]
Troubled Teen: You're having issues with your teenager. Earn a 50% rivalry with them. [BG]
Therapy Bills: You will need a family capable of reproducing by any means with at least one teenage sim in the family. The parents in this family is planning to have a baby! but there's no room in the house. To remedy this, the parents plans to kick out the teenager when they become an adult. The teenager has two in game weeks to save up as much money as they possibly can. At the end of the two weeks, the teenager must be aged up to adult and the parents can start trying for a baby. Once the baby is born, the sim getting kicked out must be moved out of the household and placed in a house they can afford. (You can use money they didn't technically raise but actually came from the parents since it would be hard to track individual funds. Just guess as best you can). You move with the sim getting kicked out, and must have maximum rivalry and declared archenemy with both parents. [BG]
Step Siblings: This requires a houehold with a married couple, and later, a single parent with a child. Have a baby with your married couple, and then reach 50% rivalry between spouses and divorce. Move one spouse out. The spoue that remains must remarry a single parent with one child and move them in. Have the new step siblings share a room, but declare each other as archenemies. [BG]
Reconciliation: (Replayable): Find a sim who has an arch enemy, and make amends with them. Get to at least 25% friendship with them. [BG]
Rival Romance: Get the "Enemies with Benefits" status between two sims. [BG]
LOVE ME LOVE ME LOVE ME: This is a Lot Creation Event, but you might want a sim to help gather or generate items if necessary. If you would like to create sim for this, give them a very romance aesthetic. Build a "Love Hotel" public lot where it is easy to get in the flirty mood by having plenty of objects to encourage this mood.[BG]
New Kitchen! (Replayable) You've decided that your kitchen is absolutely ugly and it needs a remodel. [BG]
A Random Bout of Madness: This requires a household of at least three sims, one of which is a child. One of your adult sim in the household has hit a midlife crises and unfortunately, has gone a little crazy. Change their aspiration to Chief of Mischief and complete this aspiration, while also raising a child in the process. The Chief of Mischief must be declared enemies with at least one sim in the household which is not their child. As the child grows up, they find their parent's madness inspirational and will choose the public enemy aspiration as they move into adulthood. The Public Enemy Aspiration Sim and the Chief of Mischief Sim should be maximum friendship. [BG]
Homewrecker: Break up another sim's marriage and marry that sim, but leave that sim at the altar. [BG]
Remodel the Living Room!: Your Living Room is not looking great. Give it a remodel! [BG]
Love At First Sight: Fall in love with the first available sim your sim meets. (You can redesign this sim in CAS if they're ugly) [BG]
Career Change: (Replayable). The job you're in just isn't that fulfilling anymore. Make a career change, and get to at least level 5 at that career. You can choose any career you'd like. [BG]
I Watched My Father (alcoholism tw): This requires a household with at least one parent sim and two children sims who are in the same age range. Your parent sim loves to drink and must complete the master mixologist. Of your two children, one must have 3 negative character values (from the parenthood add on) and one must have 3 positive character values The children must move on into adulthood and in adulthood, the sim with the negative traits must max out on mixology, and the one with the positive traits must reach level 5 of any career. [P]
The Gaggle of Bastards: This requires a sim that can get other sims pregnant and optionally, their mother. Your sim wants to complete the serial romantic aspiration, but they must have a child with each partner they have (you do not need to move in any of these partners or your children into your household yet.) Once the aspiration is complete, your mother (whether this mother sim actually exists in the game is up to you) forces you to go from notorious rake to settled and married. You must marry one of your partners you've had children with, and move them and your child into your household. [BG]
Be My Friend! This requires a household of two adult siblings, and a third unrelated friend. Sibling 1 has the "friend of the world" aspiration, sibling 2 as "neighborhood confidant" aspiration, and the unrelated friend has the "Villainous Valentine" Aspiration. Your sim wants to be friends with everyone! So much that they've moved a friend in need into the house. They are, however, a serial cheater and generally just the worst person to be around, however the friend of the world sim is absolutely blind to this. As time goes on, The Neighborhood Confidant Sim and the Villainous Valentine sim begin to hate each other and must have max rivalry and declared enemy. Then things take a turn for the worst when the Villainous Valentine Sim starts to seduce and date The Friend of the World Sim. The Villainous Valentine must complete their aspiration without getting caught by the Friend of The World (they can get caught by other sims with no story punishment). If they complete their aspiration without getting caught by The Friend of the World Sim, they get to propose and then leave The Friend of the World Sim at the altar. If the Friend of the World sim catches The Villainous Valentine cheating, they are kicked out and the Friend of the World must complete their aspiration for the event to end. [BG]
21 - In a Rich Man's World: Pick a family on a lot and either age up a teenager into adulthood to move them out or just an adult on any established lot that that has at least two sims on it. They've decided to break away from their previous life and make it big. Buy them the largest lot available, and change their aspiration to Mansion Baron. Starting with a small home, keep building a bigger house until the aspiration is met and the whole lot is fully furnished. The challenge of this comes not just from the aspiration, but from trying to fill a very large lot. [BG]
22- My Precious Baby Boy! (He's 37) (Parenthood favoritism tw): You must have a woman gendered sim for this challenge, but does not need the capacity to get pregnant. You're a Boy Mom and you love the spotlight. Pick the influencer career and give her the successful linage aspiration. She must have minimum five children, and one MUST be a boy. All of them are science babies because Boy Mom CANNOT have a dad/sim-who-can-impregnate taking up the spotlight. As children, Boy Mom will have great relationships with her sons, and bad relationships with her daughters. Daughters must move out once they reach young adulthood or, if you have the for rent expansion, start paying rent. The sons get to live with mom. You can decide if in adulthood, the sons because useless man babies or, in solidarity with his sisters, distance himself from his toxic mother. Useless man baby sons will refuse to get a job while solidarity brothers will move out / pay rent like the sisters. Daughters and Solidarity Brothers must have at least 50% rivalry with mother. Each son is required to get married, in which the Boy Mom will declare their spouses as enemies. [BG] and optionally, [FR]
23- And They Were Roommates: Create a new family with a elderly parent and their adult child. The adult child must have the loner trait. You're a loner and really prefer your computer to the outside world. This is making your parent worried. They have since decided that they're going to find your soulmate…or at least someone to be your friend after they've passed on to the afterlife. As the elderly parent, you must go and try and find a potential roommate for your child, by making friends and discovering their traits to find someone compatible. Make good friends with them, ask them to move in. And then move out the elderly parent, because they're going to a retirement home! (You don't need to build a retirement home. You can just move them out.) but really their ploy is to give their loner son and this roommate the space to either become friends or something more. Have one of these sims with the Soulmate Aspiration, and complete this aspiration with the roommate to end the event. [BG]
24- Remodel Your Bedroom: (Replayable) Pick one of your sims and remodel their bedroom. [BG]
25- Remodel your Bathroom: (Replayable) Pick one of your bathrooms and remodel it. [BG]
26- Build a Greenhouse or Garden: (Replayable) You've got a green thumb! Add a garden or greenhouse to your lot [BG] and optionally, [GH]
27- Remodel (Replayable): Pick any room in your house to remodel [BG]
28- Remodel Exterior (Replayable): Remodel the exterior of your house [BG]
29- Add a Pool: (Replayable) Add a pool to your lot [BG]
30- Remodel The Whole Place (Replayable): Remodel your whole house! Do not go to the Remodel conditions for this one. You must delete everything in the house except for the walls. You cannot move any exterior walls nor add any exterior walls, but can change interior walls. You can use as much money as you have available to you to complete this. [BG]
31- Move Lots: (Replayable): This house is nice, but it's time to move on. Let someone else settle here. Move this family to a new lot and build a new house. [BG]
32 - Create a Graveyard: Create a public lot where you can bring your loved one's gravestones to. [BG] (I am aware that Life and Death has added real graveyards, but I don't own that pack so this is base game)
33- Crazy Cat Lady: Create a single sim (despite the name of this event, it does not need to be a woman) and place her into any home. She must adopt as many cats as she possibly can, and have 50% friendship with all her cats to end the event. When she owns the maximum number of cats, give her house the lot trait of Cat Hang Out to encourage MORE cats to show up. [Mrow]
34 - Body Builder Buddies: Create a household of two sims with the bro trait. These two sims have the same body builder aspiration, and will generally work together to achieve this goal. They should have an impressive at home gym that is clearly and visibly the nicest part of the house. Keep the rest of the house as basic as possible to really highlight the difference (the more cracks and mold the better). The event ends when the aspiration is achieved. Despite the homoerotic potential of this plotline, the Bros remain Bros. [BG]
35 - Horse Girls: Create two sims who live together and make them declared enemies. (Despite the name of this event, they do not need to be girls). They are fiercely competitive horse riders and both have the Championship Rider aspiration. This is a race to see who completes the aspiration first. Once the aspiration is complete, the two enemies realize they actually have a lot in common and that the competition made them a little mean to each other. This event ends when they are married. [HR]
36 -Supervillain: Change career tracks for one sim into the Secret Agent and go down the villain track. Save up $50,000 and create an evil supervillain lair, trying to spend as close to $50,000 as possible. [BG]
37 - Retirement Home: Create a young adult sim to be a live in nurse. Cheat them $50,000 and build an eight bedroom apartment as a retirement home with For Rent (or without if you don't have it). You can move in elderly sims into this building to create a unique household. [BG] and optionally, [FR]
38 -The Knitters Club: Find a Household with an elderly sim. Create a knitting club, and upgrade it as much as possible, only allowing in other elderly sims to knit, and one child related to one of the club members (like grandma taking their grandchild to club). [NK] [GeTo]
39 - Kleptomania: Find, create, or concieve a sim with the kleptomania trait. (I recommend raising the mischief skill during this event) Move them out into a small lot and build them a shell for their house. (A shell is where all the walls and the front door is up, but it is not furnished at all.) You are allowed to buy them a cheap bed, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a toilet, but they all must be in the same room in the shell. Your goal is to furnish your house as best as possible by stealing from other lots and dumpster diving. While you do have some basic necessities at home, you must also become very close friends/date with any rich sims in order to be invited into their home and use their facilities as much as possible. (If dating, you might have to go into their household and buy a double bed if they don't already have one.) [BG] and optionally, [EL][FR]
40 -Got a Twenty? (Weaponized Incompetence tw). Create a household of a couple and their four children--you decide what ages the children are. Give one parent the lazy and hates children trait along with the Fabulously Wealthy aspiration, and other parent the materialistic and family oriented trait. Your family oriented sim is a stay at home parent. Your Lazy sim must get a job in business or politician or mixologist. Your goal is to get their charisma as high as possible before they get their fourth promotion. At their fourth promotion, they quit their job. Who needs to work anyways! Your partner does not like this since you were the breadwinner. Maintain a negative relationship between the married couple. What's worse is that your partner has a taste for the finer things in life! They want nice things! You must complete the Fabulously Wealthy aspiration, but only through asking other sims for money. (Available through the Charisma Skill). If you reach a critical low on funds, your partner must take up a part time job, requiring you to take care of the kids. If your partner has to take up a job, you must maintain a 50% rivalry with them. When you have reached a safe threshold of cash, your partner sim can quit their job and return to being a stay at home spouse. [BG] Optionally, [CiLi]
41 -Restyle: (Replayable): Your sim wants a makeover. Give them a whole new look! [BG]
42 -Build a Shared apartment Complex. Using For Rent, create a house but have at least four bedrooms that serve as different apartments with a shared space for everything else. [FR]
43 -The Artist and Their Muse: First, build a public lot of an art museum, but do not put any art in it yet. For each world you have, create a small wing in the art museum to accommodate five paintings. You've decided to become an artist desperate to capture the world you live in. Change to the Artist Extraordinaire Aspiration and join the painting career. Paint five paintings using "Paint from Reference" in each world by going to public lots, or setting up in the scenic areas on the streets. You must paint at every public lot and only one painting per public lot, and you must do one painting that's not on a lot but in the overworld. If this does not total to five, you must create more paintings in the overworld so long as they don't depict the same thing. Try to get people in these paintings if possible. As you finish these paintings, go to your art museum and set up your collection! [BG]
44 -Music Teacher: It has always been your dream to teach people how to play music…but you need to know how to play music yourself. Reach Level 10 in every instrument available to your sim (including singing if you have it). Build a music room in your house and then, create a club where you all play musical instruments, where your sim can then mentor other sims to play music. [BG] and optionally, [GeTo] [CiLi] [V]
45 -The Violin Man: Complete the Musical Genius aspiration but join the criminal career track. Pick an instrument you can carry. When you get the Piper trait from completing the aspiration, go onto a public lot and put as many sims to sleep as you can. Whenever you play as The Violin Man, you must enact your villainy by putting sims to sleep on public lots. You are the local criminal mastermind, but the town finds you charming more than threatening, so they let you do your thing. [BG]
46- Hand-Made House: Who needs to buy stuff when you can just make it! By fabricating, knitting, fishing, collecting, needle-point, woodworking or any other skill, create enough supplies to fully furnish a home. Move out to an empty lot and build with what you've created, or demolish your previous lot if you live alone/without a family. Anything that cannot be created with skills in game can be bought. [BG] and optionally, [EL] [NK] [CL] [S]
47 -Hustle Culture: You've decided to quit your job and hustle to pay your bills. Create a workshop for your sim with tables to create things that they can sell on one of the vendor tables/stalls. Then, design a small little market space on your lot so that people can come and buy your stuff! (you do not need all of these to run this event, but you will need at least one. Also, in theroy, you could just sell what you make instead of running a stall, making this [BG] compatable) [NK] [CrCr] [CiLi][HR][JA][EL][CL]
48- Farmer's Market: Build a small public lot that has vendor tables arranged so that sims can show up and sell their wares. [NK] [CrCr] [CiLi][HR][JA][EL][CL]
49 - Number One Grandma: Create a household with a sim capable of getting pregnant, who has the Big Happy Family trait and complete this aspiration. Despite wanting to be the best Grandma in the world one day, you don't have that much luck with your taste in men/people-who-can-get-others-pregnant. Each of your children must be naturally conceive between two people, and each child should have a different secondary parent. You must marry, move in a prospective partner, have a child with them, reach maximum rivalry, divorce them, and have them move out. The children, even when they become adults, remain in the house. New rooms must be added to accommodate the growing size of the family. The event ends when The aspiration is complete. [BG]
50 Non-Committal: You're a sim that goes with the wind, who can't manage to stay in the same place or with the same people. Either starting with your next house or creating a sim for this, pick a world, aspiration, job, and romantic partner. Once you've gotten three promotions, completed one aspirational milestone, and have 50% romance with a partner, move houses in a different world, change aspirations, change jobs, and break things off with your partner. The event ends when you complete this three times. [BG]

Notes
Rivalry refers to negative friendship points
Friendship refers to positive friendship points
Archenemy and enemy are the same. The sim has to declare it.
By "Drawing" a card you're actually rolling a randomly generated number which is attached to an event. (So if you roll a 23, you play the event that's marked 23rd)
Because there is an alien world, Sixam, The Sims Earth World will be refered to as Simgea (from the word pangea)
The point of this gameplay mode is to make The Sims for a little more fast paced, and to keep the gameplay loops from growing stale. At the end of the day, as long as you're having fun, that's all that matters. If you really want to stay in one household and do all the events in a single household, I'm not going to tell you that you're doing it wrong.
Some events are kind of dark and I will give trigger warnings as best I can. Please skip whichever ones might be upsetting for you.
My Homebrew Rules
Needs are automatically filled before going out of town
Needs can be filled for parties if needed
While in university, you always pick the shortest cycle, and turn needs off. You spend your university time as a skill building challenge to boost your skills as much as possible, while also building friendships.

Take Me Back to the Directory!
Each Event Card comes with requirements to play. If you do not have the requirements for the event (such as, having a teenage child) you must play until you have the requirements to make it playable.
You can pull your event card before or after choosing which household you're playing as. Choosing before gives you more control to make sure you have the conditions to play the event, while choosing after adds a bit of challenge to meet the requirements.
Every time you've completed an event, you must change households. You can create a new sim and place them in a house, or you can play an already pre-established house. (This game mode is supposed to encourage you to play with the townies, so don't feel like you NEED to make new sims every time).
Some events are short and replayable, and if you pull a replayable event, instead of moving on to the next household, you pull an new event card. If you pull a second replayable event, you can decide to move on after completing it, or continue drawing new events until you get a non-replayable event card.
Some events will tell you to draw another event card before moving on to your next household.
You must play four different households before you can revisit a previous household. It might help to create a list of all the households you want to play and go in order, adding in new households when they become relevant.
Some events might require you to find a specific household, such as finding a sim with an archenemy. You can go back to these households regardless of how far back you've played them. (For example, if you pull an event that tells you to find a sim with an archenemy, and the last household you played has that, you can play that household again, bypassing the four unique household rule.)
Any quality of life mods/cheats you need to make The Sims 4 playable for you is allowed. There are just some aspects of the sims that fill players with dread, and this game mode is meant to be fun. So if you're stuck between: cheat and have fun and don't cheat and be miserable, please cheat and have fun.
If you roll the same number for events twice, you round up to the nearest event. (For example, if you already played event 25, you would then do event 26).
Replayable Event Cards are short and are notated with "(Replayable)"
You must be working towards a sim's aspirations while also completing your event card.
When creating new sims, one trait must be a "negative trait."
Some building events do not require a household.
Aging does not need to be on for the world, but you can have it on for your household if you want. Decide the aging rules based on how you have fun.
These event cards will include packs that I own. Skip them if you don't own them.
This mode will probably be easiest with MC Command Center because you might have to edit some familial relationships.
You can decide to pick your first event or roll randomly for it
