Bonjour, Constructeurs! Hello, Builders! 👋 No, you're not dreaming--this is an honest-to-goodness brand new design from the SimBuilder! 😱 😂 I am so very sorry for the delay in posting this design, but life has been busier than I could imagine lately.

I was finally inspired by this most recent update--and perhaps by the Beauty and the Beast reboot (omg it was amazing, magnifique!!)--so I wanted to design a French home for the modern wine connoisseur. Anybody else obsessed with the spice and hanging pot racks?? 😍Aaaaanyway, without further ado, I'd like to introduce you to my...

*Luxury French Country Home*

This beautiful 3-story home is nestled on the French vineyard lot. It features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and an additional guest suite with private bath and separate entry.

You'll find many luxury amenities in this build, including 🎶music🎶 room where the tenants can practice the piano, library with 🎨portrait sofa🎨 (for painting them like one of his French girls 😉), large dining room and kitchen (one of my fav spaces), home gym with attached sauna and massage room, two ☀️sun rooms☀️, as well as a pool and open terrace area.

I currently have it decorated for a family of 4, including a preteen boy and teen girl, but you can change it up to fit your needs. I hope you like it!! As always, more photos are available in my Facebook group: The Sims FreePlay Sim Builders.

Hi, I have been looking for a nice family house on a ocean view lot and I LOVE all your ideas, but can't seem to find anything for a family with a boy tooddler a preteen girl and a toddler girl? Hi there, recently I designed a new houses simple floor plan only two stories I loved it at first but now it's really getting quite boring I only have £227,456 and I'm saving up to complete the seniors quest and buy the snow park. I do not know whether to keep my boring plain house or start a new one exciting and modern with pools, patios and balconies. If I was to start a new modern house I would need to purchase money on sims. One day I dream of having an architect home which others can buy xx

Hello! Thanks so much for messaging me! I definitely know how you feel. I’ve been there myself. Honestly, I would say keep the home modest for now and just work on saving your Simoleans for a while. Make sure your Sims have the things they need, but just keep building up your money. Maybe find a design you would like to build, or create one yourself, and then you can start calculating how much it will cost to make. That’s a good way to follow a budget so you can get the house you want and not have to stop halfway through because of funding. Also, for more money, make sure you have all your Sims planting beans at night when you go to bed. When you wake up, you’ll have a bunch of money! ;) Hope this helps!

Hey everyone! I posted this challenge to my FB group, but I thought you all might like to give it a go! Spring will be springing before we know it, and my Sims are already getting out and enjoying the warmer weather! Where did you get the teleporter? I can't find it in the stairs section of the store.

Hello! If I'm not mistaken, the teleported had to be won. I believe it was part of the limited time prize. Periodically it goes on sale for real money, so you may have a chance to purchase it. Hope that helps!~Irene SimBuilder

Hi Builders! This isn't the promised design, but I took a break from the other to bring you a simplistic design with a little something special. This isn't exactly a total beginner design, but it could probably be done around level 10. It costs approximately 130,000 Simoleans, including everything you see, no LPs and no SPs. It is a small, 2 bed 1 bath family home featuring a covered front porch and open concept living/dining/kitchen area. Hope you like it! :)

Hi! Do you know if there's any way in one room to use two different floor or wall designs?

Hi there! Great question, and I wish I could say yes, but unfortunately each room has to have the same flooring and same wallpaper. The only way around that is to trick the eye by creating two rooms side by side and placing open doorways along the adjoining wall so they just look like support beams. The wizard doorways are particularly effective for that look. For now, at least, that's our best option, but hopefully in the future they will address this! :)~Irene SimBuilder

Hiya, Builders! I whipped up this simple house for beginning Simmers who don’t have a lot of resources. If you have the unfurnished house lot, you can create this cute little house for 29,582 Simoleans! That includes absolutely everything on the lot. Yes, walls and flooring, too. :) So if you’re a newbie, get your Sims working and you’ll have a lovely little home in no time!!

Hey Simmers! The Electric Rainbow Internet Cafe is now open and serving up piping fancy coffee and cheese and tomato on toast, with a healthy side of cyber gossip! hahaha :D It is a rainbow-colored cyber hotspot built on the Neo Tokyo lot featuring a large lower level eatery with outside dining pavilion and a large upper level lounge area with game room. The second level also features a secondary mini-cafe (because who wants to go all the way downstairs when they're Simming??), as well as cafe office and room quarters for the owner's late nights. I hope you like it!

Hi, I am wanting to put a toddler bedroom, infant bedroom, a master bedroom SSomewhere in my basement

Hi there! It's always fun to switch up a design and put the bedrooms somewhere new. I think the basement is a great idea! I'm not sure if you were wanting suggestions, but if so, maybe place the stairs in a long hallway with doors leading off it into the bedrooms. Don't forget to put a bathroom somewhere down there for those midnight potty breaks! Lol Have fun!!~Irene SimBuilder
