Guess who's back!?

I have renovated and remodeled my original Popeyes build from 2022. The kitchen has been completely redesigned and a bit more realistic. Added more details to the interior, closed off the bathroom, lowered the windows in the dining room, detailed the parking lot and added the Popeyes street sign by Scodee Yodee; just to name a few differences.

The restaurant is fully functional, almost just like a fast food restaurant thanks to Dine Out Reloaded by Carl; (You will need this mod if you want fast food restaurant realism). Diners will place their own orders, seat themselves and waiters will deliver food.

30x20 Restaurant lot type built in Newcrest for $125,720; Highly suggest to place in Build Mode with bb.moveobjects enabled.

Have your music lover San Myshunies hang out at Supernova Records, the city's coziest record store and internet cafe. This lot can be used as retail, lounge or a cafe (all playtested) The lot contains walls of various vinyl records (which can be set as retail items if you have someone own/ run the retail store. If your sim buys the record it will be in their household inventory to use as decor), a lounge / dining loft area overlooking the store, a restroom, internet corner, stage for local acts to perform, and a barista counter.

Makhyli Hair

My first venture into making CC hair. Inspired by the gorgeous Makhyli! HUGE shout out to @mauvemorn for helping me SO much with everything!! <3 <3 Eternally grateful!

Comes in 2 versions, one with bangs (the front strands) and one without.

Comes in all 24 EA swatches plus 7 pastel colours of my own. I also made an overlay under accessories to change the hair band colours. And also some cute hair clips under hats.

I’ve said it before, it was originally intended to be a multipart set released back in December but kept getting busy with other commitments.

The goal is, with setting up a download page I can add more to it whenever I work on more Jem themed Items, which I will be and they will be grouped together for ease.
