The Pinky Ring Lounge (CC Build)

A upscale lounge loosely inspired by Bruno Mars' real lounge in Las Vegas but instead of it being located inside of a hotel, I made it it's own building. This lot includes a stage for your band sims to play and perform, a lowered platform lounging area with comfortable sections, a bar, and a dining area. Simston's & Co. is the latest high-end fashion store to open its doors on Magnolia Promenade. Whether you're looking to blow your simoleons on the latest trends, or you're just in the mood for some window shopping, Simston's isn't likely to disappoint!

I'm really excited about this build! It's certainly not perfect (I'm still learning) but I hope you enjoy, as I had lots of fun making it. Simston's features a luxury store with mannequins I've left blank for your customization! It can also easily be transformed into a Bridal Shop, as I've added @ravasheencc 's porto luminoso market stall cutout featuring the Tartosa Patiserrie Shop (shopping, champagne & cake, anyone?). Finally, I've left the store's second level blank (with the exception of some mannequin window displays), so that you can convert the build into a Live-In Store with an apartment upstairs.

Featherington House

Sorry, this has taken so much longer than expected! While editing my screenshots, I couldn’t help but feel the whole build was lacking. 

After rewatching Season 2 of Bridgerton, I expanded this build to include the study as seen in both seasons. I didn’t realize how much green was used in their set design, and I tried hard to stay true to the set design for the interior.
