university life beds [3t4]

hey everyone! i’ve been working on these beds for SO long and i’m so excited to finally upload them. i converted all of the beds from ts3′s university life EP, and created a bunk bed version for both children/adults and toddlers! meshing the ladder and UV mapping the new pieces was a process to learn, but i’m really pleased with the result. (also, many thanks to @inabadromance who helped me out with a mesh issue on the sims 4 studio forum!)

the beds come in the same swatches as all my other university life conversions. mattresses can be downloaded here.

TEEN MOM APARTMENT - 1K FOLLOWRS GIFT

This apartment was a request from @brvnda, to build a “single teen mom apartment, price budget; 15k simoleans, and the house can maybe be run down because she got kicked out of her parents house.” OMG, the hardest part was to keep the budget down! LOL But I managed to do it (it’s only $ 14K!). 

I tried to keep it run down, but also cozy and as realistic as I could. Also, I cannot decorate without cluttering the whole house (may the plumbob bless @anvilesi and their amazing $0 clutter/decor items). I imagine that maybe the mother is trying to gain a few more simoleons selling her crafted goods on Plopsy!

It’s supposed to be placed on the Pinecrest Apartments #404, in the world of Evergreen Harbor (the apartment is “cut” in half, so it’s easy if you want to expand it as your sims are making progress in-game!

PLASTERED STYLE - eco lifestyle walls by amoebae

I had a request from an anon on tumblr (try saying ‘an anon on’ fast 10 times in a row… although I don’t know why you ever would…) to recolour these walls from the Eco Lifestyle pack so there were more colours for the bottom stripe. I thought I’d make it slightly more interesting, and added a couple more versions too.

The second screenshot shows the versions available (all with 48 Image Spectra colours):

solid - this is self-explanatory

lg01 & lg02 - these have the light grey swatch from the original wall as a base, with the 48 Image Spectra colours either at the bottom (01) or at the top (02)

dg01 & dg02 - these have the dark grey swatch from the original wall as a base, with the 48 Image Spectra colours either at the bottom (01) or at the top (02)

You can see from the main screenshot you can make some really interesting feature walls using them in combination with one another, which is something I’ve loved to do right back since making other wall packs along the same lines. 

I expect I will make some add-ons for this set eventually, with panels, tiles, brick and so on. I wanted to get these out as soon as possible though since it was a request.

Mole-cool Science Table 🧪 The science table was good in theory, but it was just… well… hideous. This new science table has all the usability and features of the original science table but in a design that is more suited for stylish simmers. 🧪 This is base game compatible and doesn’t override the original. 🧪 Out now early access for patrons and public release on November 7th!

Talking Animals Set (BGC)

This was a requested item from a patron. These essentially have the functionality of the super massive stuffed animals that your simmies can hug/play/talk to except these only have the option to talk. 

Your simmie can talk to these stuffed animals whether they are on the ground or slotted to a surface!

House About That Play House Door

This has been a WIP for awhile with many iterations and different implementations. I ended up making this a “door” that you can place on any wall so you can build your own playhouse however you want! You can build a treehouse or make a small play house indoors - the sky is the limit!

This is a base game compatible object usable by both toddlers and children. Up to 4 sims can play in it at one time. Any sims playing in it together will build relationships while also increasing fun and social stats. This can be used autonomously or by directing your sim to play in it.

While playing in the “tent” (I use this for lack of a better word since you can build anything with it) the sims stand still, so there are no animations during the action itself. So it is best to build something so you can’t see the inside while they play.

This also works like a door when you aren’t using it as a play house, so your sims can access anything behind it and walk through it as if it were a door.

In the preview video, I used it in a treehouse which my dear friend and builder @summerrplays​ built for me. The tray files for this will be available for download with the package file!

BGC Kids Bike!  I got suggested to make this mod and tried my hands on it, the animation is not perfect but it functions like a regular bike and can be used by children and adults. Now available on Patreon and free on Nov 4th.

I am in the process of fulfilling all my requests for patrons! Of course I try to fulfill all requests I get, but I am super appreciative of my patrons and try to prioritize those. Don’t Lose Focus Camera Set

This set was inspired by my sister and also improved with her feedback. She actually plays (unlike myself who only built) and her family is generations deep. She loves taking pictures and actually it was her family photos I used for the ‘We Just Click’ photo set.

There are 3 cameras and 1 tripod that are included with this set. Everything is functional and BGC. If you have the Mochino SP, extra interactions will be available with the tripod, but otherwise still BGC.

The cameras can be used directly from in the world and don’t have to be in your inventory like the other cameras included in the game. And this aspect may not be the most realistic for gameplay, but all the cameras take the highest quality photos and have the max zoom capability. So you won’t get fingers in your photos or blurred photos. But these cameras were aimed at simmers who love taking photos and want to capture memories. So if you want photos based on your sim’s skill level you can always use the EA cameras.

Also a suggestion from my sister was to make the tripod live mode draggable so I added that. Allows you to easily move the tripod into a better position without going to build mode.

i received a lot of feedback from my last skin upload, and i’ve considered most of what people were asking for. this time, i’ve edited the texture for young adults and adults so there’s a difference between them for gameplay. i’ve also smoothed out some wrinkles for elders, and added a non-default version! i hope you like it!

Mood Swing - BGC Swing Set

I have some swings for you!! Best part is - they are totally BGC!! There are two styles - classic and rope. Each come in a double and single version. Double versions let you swing with someone else. Single version you can only swing by yourself but you can still be pushed by someone else.

The swings are separated from the frame allowing you to place anywhere! Under a tree, on a patio, and even inside! I sized the swings so the top part attaches to the ceiling of the lowest wall. I also included a separated frame in case you want to use that.
