the peter and seth dynamic is so fun to me its like okay. heres this little bastardy guy who has never really had a friend that isnt his faerie (required to love him) (hi tink), who finds being vulnerable Humiliating and also does not necessarily see the value in every individual life.

and his first Not Familiar(tm) friend that isnt a Half Rival situation is there bc he sees the good in everyone and is sincere to a fault and does not let up trying to be friendly. and he has moral crises over murder despite his own life being Very Much on the line.

and its like. my god this guy is annoyingly good. and overbearing. please dont send me 20-100 of texts in a row my god. lay off the coffee.

and Yet he Still does not let up re: trying to be friends and is perhaps the only one in the group that Always gives him the benefit of the doubt

(see: planning to go against calvin bc i uncharacteristically asked for help, talking rationally about flailing a dagger wildly at yan + making me apologize)

and, aside from yan (briefly) (and tink who has seen many a budding friendship ruined by forceful bridge burning and thus had to deal w the emotional fallout) has seen him be (somewhat willingly) vulnerable.

and now its like. oh i like his company. i do NOT want to emulate the qualities I find endearing in him, and they do in fact still drive me a little mad, but its nice that we are both similar (wanting attachments and not allowing ourselves to properly have them in different ways) and very different (hes a goody two shoes re: the sanctity of life)

anyway. i leave you with this.

hes likely still being contacted by a stalker of ours, and we dont see how anyone could stand being friendly with someone* who has sent us some of the most vile shit we have ever seen

you can believe who you want but im not interested in obfuscation of the truth.

im also not interested in some sort of big callout, we could spare the money at the end of the day, it just kind of sucks.

we dont think hes evil or anything but it is supremely scummy behavior.
