DIY Fabric Face Mask With Velcro
Today we are going to learn how to sew a comfortable face mask. This has 3 layers of fabric, a pocket to insert the filter of your choice, elastic ear support, and neck support with velcro. Also, it is a reversible mask.
And for this fabric face mask with velcro, we are going to need 8 pieces of fabric and the measurement depends on the size of the face mask. The measurement that we will use today is 4 pieces of 7*6 inch, 2 pieces of 7*4.5 inch, and 2 pieces of 7*1 inch cloths. For the ear support, we are going to need 2 pieces of 6 inch elastic. Also, we are going to need a velcro. 
Also, we are going to need a sewing machine, sewing thread, scissors, ruler, paper pins a measurement tapes, iron, and a washable pen are pencil. Download the mask pattern from google.

Start with cutting the fabric with the help of patterns. Put the pattern on the top of the cloth piece and secure it with pins. Cut the cloth into the desired shape. 
With the washable marker or pen, mark the point where the elastic will go. Sew all the ends just leaving the elastic side open. Before that iron every piece. To the front layer add the middle layer and sew it. Do the same for the backside which can be your front side too as it is the reversible mask. Start sewing on the curved area. Do the same steps for neck support pieces and sew them. Iron the piece that we already sew. Then we are going to prepare and align the pieces that are going to be used for neck support. Turn the neck support pieces inside out. Sew them with the mask on both sides. Stitch and iron it for finishing. Now place the velcro fastener at the end of the neck support.  And your beautiful fabric face mask with velcro is ready. It is a very comfortable ad perfectly fit on your face.

Punjabi Style Aloo ki Sukhi Bhaji Recipe
Today I am going to share with you a quick and delicious recipe called Jeera potatoes or typical Punjabi “Jeera Aloo Recipe”. How it makes it delicious I am going to share all the details with you. Let’s get started with the Ingredients.
Ingredients we need for Aloo ki Sukhi Bhaji are mentioned here: 
Medium-sized 6-7 potatoes, peel them and put it into the water, and then cut them into small chunks.
I tsp cumin seed and mustard seeds
1 spoon salt, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, 1 spoon dhaniya leaves, and 1 spoon of oil. 
All these ingredients are easily available in the Indian kitchen. You don’t require any fancy ingredients for making aloo ki sukhi bhaji. 
 We will state with making small chunks of potatoes.
Put the pan on flame and heat the oil. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Roast them for few minutes.
Add potatoes chunks to the pan. Mix it gently for 2-3 minutes on high flame. 
Add turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder and mix it well. 
Turn the flame to medium and cover it with a lid. Cook it for 5 minutes.
Keep stirring it a little bit after 2 minutes. 
To check if the potato is cooked try to cut it from the center with the spatula. 
Sprinkle some garam masala and dhaniya leaves over the potatoes. Mix it well.
This is strictly optional, If you haven’t tried it before, give it a try once: Add 1 spoon of butter and mix it well. Bring your flame to low and let it cook for 2 more minutes. 
And your aloo ki sukhi bhaji is ready. It is so simple to make and smell too good. 
Put your dry potatoes into the bowl and serve it with roti or parantha.

Here's How To Make Rajasthani Bajre Ki Khichdi
You might have seen a lot of khichadi recipes. Today the one I am going to show is made with bajra. Its quite warm but nutritious and a winter delight. 
I am going to cook everything in a pressure cooker. So let’s turn on the flame. 
Add a spoon of oil. Once the oil is nice and hot add 1 spoon of cumin seed
Add bay leaves, cinnamon stick, and 2 cloves. 
Let this cook for a few seconds.
Add a spoon of ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
Add 1 finely chopped onions and cook them well
Add 2 chopped tomatoes. 
Reduce the flame and let the tomatoes softener 
Meanwhile chop the veggies: beans and carrot. 
Add these veggies into it and mix it well. Also, add green peas. You can add any vegetable of your choice. 
Soak the 1 gram bajra for 6-7 hours. And the soaked bajra into the cooker. 
What is a khichadi if there is no daal in it. 
So I also add a half cup of soaked moong daal. You can use any daal of your choice like tur daal or green moong daal.
Give it a nice mix. Its time for a seasoning spices. 
Add 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Coriander & Cumin Seed Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder and two chopped green chilies.
And salt to taste and mix it well. 
Add the 500ml - 750ml water to it. 
It takes a lot of water because a bajra takes a lot of time to cook. 
After adding the water wait for 4-5 whistles. Let it cool down for 20-30 minutes and then open it.
Add some ghee to it for more flavor and also a little bit of coriander leaves. 
Plate it and serve. 
Rajasthani Bajre Ki Khichdi is a superfood and it is rich in iron, protein and many nutrients.

Here’s how to make caramel popcorn milkshake
Today we are going to make caramel popcorn milkshake which is very yummy and loved by every age group. 
Before getting started make sure you collect all the ingredients mentioned below: 
1 cup of sugar 
2 spoon Butter
Half Cup corn
3 spoon oil
¼ spoon of salt and baking soda.
Here’s how to make caramel popcorn milkshake. 
To make popcorn milkshake recipe we will start with making popcorns.
For that, we will take a pan and put it on the flame. 
Add 3 spoon of vegetable oil. 
Now add half a cup of popcorn to it. 
Cover it with the lid and bake it for 5 minutes. Make sure you don’t overcook them. 
When your popcorn are ready turn off the flame. 
Your popcorns are ready to put them aside. 
Now let’s start with making caramel for our caramel popcorn milkshake recipe. 
Take a pan and add sugar to it. Melt the sugar on high flame. Keep string it to avoid lumps.
Make the flame low and keep stirring it until you get a nice golden color. 
After that add 2 spoon butter and ¼ spoon of salt and mix it well on low flame. 
After 1 minute add ¼ spoon of baking soda. Turn off the flame.
The caramel is ready. Now add this caramel on the popcorns and mix it well. 
Keep them aside for cooling down and it will get crispy. 
To make a milkshake, take a Jar and add milk to it. 
Add some caramel popcorns. 
Add 1  scope of ice cream. 
Grinde them in the grinder and filter it in the glass.
Pour your Popcorn milkshake recipe in the glass and add some popcorn on the top. You can also add cream over the milkshake.

Let’s Make Kadai paneer recipe restaurant style
Kadai paneer recipe is the most common paneer gravies out there. It is absolutely delicious and flavourful and gets its flavor from special masala powder.
So let’s start with the masala powder first for our Kadai paneer recipe restaurant style:
Take a Kadai and dry roast a few spices.
Starting with1 spoon of coriander seeds, half spoon of pepper, a small piece of cinnamon, 2 bay leaves, 1 spoon of cumin seeds, 4 cloves, and 4 red chilies. Roast them for 5 minutes on medium heat till you get a nice roasted aroma.
Turn off the stove and let it cool down.
Then grind it to a fine powder. 
And your Kadai paneer special masala is ready. 
Now let’s get started with how to make Kadai paneer: 
Take a pan pour a little oil. 
Cut half onion into small wedges and one capsicum into small wedges. And them into the pan.
Saute them for few minutes.
When the onions are transparent, turn off the gas. Keep it aside.
In the same pan add some butter.
Add 400gms of paneer cubes. Fry it till its nice and golden brown. 
Turn off the stove and keep them aside.
In the same Kadaikadai, take 1 and a half spoon of oil.
Add 5 large garlic cloves.
1-inch piece ginger.
2 onion thinly sliced.
Add 3 tomatoes chopped. 
Cook this for 5 to 8 minutes on medium flame. The tomatoes are mushy. Turn off the stove when you see vegetables are cooked. 
Cool the mixture and grind it to a fine paste.
To the same Kadaikadai, add 1 spoon of oil and 1 spoon butter. 
Add onion and tomato paste.
Cook till the masala paste thickens. 
Now add one and half spoon of ground masala powder. 
1spoon of red chili powder.
1 spoon salt. 
Mix it well and cook for a few minutes.
Add fried onion and capsicum.
Add I and half cups of water.
Keep the flame on medium.
Let the gravy cook for about 10 minutes.
Add the fried paneer. And give it a mix
Add 1 spoon of fresh cream and Kasuri methi.
Gently mix it and your Kadai paneer is done.
Serve it with tandoori roti or garlic naan.

Quick Vegetable Rava Upma Recipe
Today we are going to make vegetable rava upma recipe also known as Suji upma Recipe. It is one of my favorite upmas which I love to have for my breakfast with coconut chutney. This upma is made with the same Rava which is used to make idli. 
So today I am going to show you the tips and tricks of how to make a perfect vegetable rava upma recipe at home. And I am sure once you make this recipe you will never ever go wrong. 
Without wasting any extra minutes lets just dive in and I’ll show you how to make this recipe.
To begin how to make upma with idli rava, the first thing I am going to do is boil some water in a pan. And this step is extremely important while making the suji upma. If you are going to add some vegetables this the perfect time to add the vegetables to the water.
So let’s start quick upma recipe:
Take 3 cups of water in the pan. 
For every cup of suji, you will be adding 3 cups of water.
Add chopped carrots.
Add ¼ cup of chopped beans.
Add some salt as well.
Let them boil till we roast our suji.
Let the vegetable be cooked and keep the water warm.
It is important to add warm water when you are adding this to your roasted suji.
So the next step is to roast the suji.
For that, add 2 spoons of ghee in the pan. 
Half spoon of mustard seeds.
Add split white urad daal.
Allow the mustard seeds to crackle and dal to turn light golden brown and crispy. To make the daal golden brown it is important to cook it on low flame.
Add 1 chopped onion, ginger and green chilies.
Saute the onions properly.
Now add 1 cup sooji or rava to the pan.
Roast it for 1 minute on medium heat.
Make sure that the raw smell of the suji has gone.
Now add the warm water to the roasted suji. Keep stirring it. 
Add another spoon on ghee and cover the pan for 3-4 minutes.
Add curry leaves at the end for more flavor. 
And your vegetable suji upma recipe is ready to be served.
Squeeze the lemon and chopped coriander leaves and it’s done. Enjoy!!!

How To Make Suji Appe Recipe With Video
Today we are going to make an instant version of suji appam. So let’s begin with the recipe of suji ke appe and I am also going to share a suji appe recipe video in Hindi.
Suji appe recipe is good option for breakfast and tiffin snacks for kids.
I am going to start with sauteing a few ingredients. So first I going to heat up about two spoons of oil in the pan. Once the oil is nice and hot, add some mustard seeds, a few curry leaves.
Add half chopped onion.
Add half capsicum finely chopped.
Add 8-10 finely chopped beans.
Half carrot finely chopped.
Lets quickly stir fry these veggies for a minute.
Add one cup of suji or semolina.
Mix it well and cook it for 2 minutes. Take this mixture into a bowl and let it cool down for at least 5 minutes.  
After 5 minutes add 1 spoon of ginger chili paste.
Half teaspoon garam masala.
Salt to taste.
2 spoons freshly grated coconut.
Some coriander leaves.
Mix it well and add half a cup of curd and half a cup of water.
Give it a nice mix and let it rest for around 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes add more water and give it a mix.
Don’t add all the water at once because suji tends to absorb a lot of water. This way we exactly know how much do we need.
Just before cooking, you can add a pinch of soda. This is just an optional step. If you don’t have it or don’t want to add it you can just skip it.
Keep the appam plate to heat and add a few drops of oil and brush it all over. 
Add the batter to the appam plate. Cover it and let it cook for a few minutes. When one side of your suji ke appe is cooked well flip them over and cook for few minutes again. 
Take them out on a serving plate and your suji appe is ready.

Method:
For Popcorn: 
I am going to start with making popcorns first. For this, I am turning the stove on and place the pressure cooker on it. 
Heat the cooker properly and then add the popcorn mixture from the packet into it. I am using act II popcorn as they are easily available and are easy to make within a few minutes.
Cover the cooker with the lid and wait for 5 minutes. There should be a little gap while covering the cooker. Keep the flame at low level only. 
Within 4 to 5 minutes your popcorn will be ready. Take them into a bowl. 
For Caramel: 
Take a pan and place it over the stove. Let it heat.
Add butter to the pan. Let it melt and then add sugar. 
Let the sugar melt properly. 
It will turn into golden brown and our caramel will be ready.
Now turn the stove off. And pour the hot caramel over the popcorn. Mix it well and let it cool for 2 minutes. 
For Smoothie: 
For caramel popcorn milkshake, Take two banana and put it in the blender. 
Now add the caramelized popcorn. 
Add chilled milk into the blender. 
Blend it well. And your popcorn milkshake recipe is ready to be served.
Pour it into the glass and top it with caramelized popcorn.

Everything About Punjabi Kadai Chicken Recipe
Punjabi Kadai chicken recipe, the primary dish from Indian cuisine cannot get better than this. Try making this at home and you will forget the restaurant version forever! if you want to taste something best, make it at home and love yourself more for putting an effort to create something incredibly good!
Ingredients
· Chicken – 1 kg, bone-in, medium size
· Green bell pepper – 2, cut into 1-inch piece
· Onion – 3 large, finely chopped
· Ginger paste – 2-3 tbsp
· Garlic paste – 2-3 tbsp
· Tomato – 4 large
· Turmeric powder – 2 tsp
· Kashmiri Red chili powder – 2 tsp
· Garam masala – 1 tsp
· Sugar – 1 tsp
· Vegetable or mustard oil – ¼ cup
· Salt to taste
· Fresh coriander leaves – 1 cup, finely chopped
Punjabi Kadai chicken recipe Spice Blend –
· Whole dry red chili – 3
· Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
· Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
· Green cardamom – 7 to 8
· Cloves – 7 to 8
· Cinnamon – 2 small pieces
· Black cardamom – 2
· Whole black peppercorn – 8 to 10
· Mace – 1 tsp
Instructions
1. First, make the Kadai chicken recipe indian spice. Dry roast all the spices for a couple of minutes until fragrant. Then grind them into a powder. Set aside.
2. Peel and cut each of the tomatoes into half. Deseed them and then chop them finely. Wash and pat dry the chicken. Add some salt and half a teaspoon of turmeric powder to the chicken and mix well.
3. Heat a large pot and add the oil to it. Once the oil is medium hot, add sugar, stir and let it caramelize, keeping the heat on medium. Adding sugar at the beginning will add a bright red color to our Punjabi Kadai chicken recipe dish.
4. Add chopped onion and sauté for a couple of minutes until it starts to soften. Then add ginger and garlic paste. Sauté on medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes until the onion turns light golden.
5. Now add the chopped tomatoes and salt and cook for 10 minutes.
6. Then add all the spices – turmeric powder, red chili powder, and the blended spices for Punjabi Kadai chicken and sauté the spices for 2 minutes.
7. Then add the chicken pieces. Stir well so that all chicken pieces are coated with the spices perfectly.
8. Cover and cook the chicken on low heat stirring after every 5 minutes so that they do not stick to the bottom of the pot and the chicken absorbs the flavors.
9. Sauté the chicken for good 20 minutes until all the pieces have nicely absorbed the texture and color. Add green bell pepper and give a stir. The crunch of the capsicum to be retained as it gives a raw flavor to our Punjabi Kadai chicken.
10. Now add about a cup of water or more depending on the consistency you desire and let the liquid come to boil on high heat.
11. Once the gravy starts boiling, cover and let it cook on low heat for about 10 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked through.
12. Uncover and give a stir for a few mins.
13. Sprinkle garam masala and some freshly chopped coriander leaves to Punjabi Kadai chicken. Serve hot with plain white rice or butter naan!
