Silversand Cottage Exterior

Yeah I still do cottagecore builds ! This is a home I built for myself in a town called Silversand!

I hardly ever use diorite but I'm super happy with the result, what do you think?

I played Eastward: Octopia for about an hour after lunch and it’s making me emotional. Maybe I’m just going through it.

I like how even in this edition they haven’t completely abandoned the poverty and hard life themes, but it is a blessing seeing the characters in a more simple, peaceful life. Or the message that your life can be focused on survival but still be a good life.

As a little farming sim I really like some of the choices, like no shipping bin and “dinnertime” every night. I like how energy works, and the incentive to cook and eat. The gameplay focus on cooking recipes for others is really fun as well.

I’m enjoying how concise the map is as well. The wetlands area is just big enough that trudging around it isn’t boring, and I’m eager to see the other areas. I would love a SDV-type mines situation, since I loved the combat in this game.
