Happy Simblreen! Have another single pose from me 😅 I swear one day I'll share a whole pack I swear!

Some info:

This pose is definitely better suited for blender users, but feel free to use it in game!

Pack contains one pose for two sims

Place two teleporters in the same spot and proceed with posing as usual

This pose was made to have the biting sim sit on the floor, but I didn't use any specific chair so if anything is wonky please let me know

This was only briefly tested in game and it works well! But as always if there are any issues please let me know!

Just like my Death's Embrace pose, this was meant to be taken from one/only a few angles, so don't look too closely at the biter's expression ok? (;

Today I'm bringing something different to you all. I did an override for one of the apartment hallways that's located in San Myshuno... 21 CHIC STREET in the Fashion District area ( : ♡ I wanted to create something that made sense within the district. Marble Floors & White Wall Panels screams Fashion in my opinion. Below are Before & After Pictures as well as pictures of how I created my Hallway for anyone that wants a reference on where to start. There's also an override for the elevator. Instead of the busted green elevator you will have a chic black elevator.

Welcome to The Loft!

This luxurious loft has everything from stunning views, amazing upgrades and a seamless design. My first time sharing a residential lot, and I hope you LOVE it as much as I do. **There are 2 versions to this upload, a single loft and a double loft for those with the For Rent pack.

Loft 1 may be placed on a 20x15 lot and contains no landscaping in case you want to use it as a penthouse loft. Loft 1 is light, bright with a vanity and fully stocked closet with lots of Chanel goodies for our girlies!

Loft 2 features 2 lofts that can be placed on a 30x30 lot and is set up For Rent. Loft 2 has darker tones, no vanity and the closet has a blank space for your own clutter or to duplicate from Loft 1.

Here's your friendly warning to backup all your CC, Saves, Tray Files… well, your entire Electronics Arts folder really. The update coming tomorrow will be big.

Seriously, with how bad For Rent was in terms of corrupting saves and lots that people have been building for years, I just wouldn't play your most important saves with the new patch for a few weeks until the community confirms what's broken. This goes for people playing without CC too. The last few updates have caused bugs that affect the game at its core, and simply removing your CC will not fix it.
