First off, its good to let out your emotion in a healthy way, vent art is healthy, I am very glad you managed to clam yourself down Ari :3!!!

In general, I was able to calm myself down by drawing. Surprisingly, listening to Dreamcore and Wirdcore playlists helped a lot. It really relaxed me. Two of my favorite aesthetics, especially Dreamcore.
