I didn’t know I was starving until I tasted you.

So I haven’t been able to post much lately.This is a good sign. More so because I’m content with life right now. Not screaming happy. But not feeling as if I were missing a part of me either. Yes there are reasons for that.But I’m still focusing on myself, and what I want in my life. I’m still being selfish and trying to improve myself in whatever way I can.

Today was the first day I jogged in maybe two weeks I think. It felt really nice to get back out there. I fell into a terrible cycle of being extremely busy with school work and other various things in life. But after taking the most important final out of the 6, and the next one isn’t until Monday. So I felt I had some room to do whatever the fuck I wanted after school. It was nice. Just being outside and pushing yourself hard. Shows how much you are in control of yourself and your strength. If you work hard, you will reap the benefits. In regards to making myself a better person, I cannot wait until my gym opens up in December. I want to make it a point to go at least 6 days a week.

Social Experiment

Sometimes my curiosity gets the best of me and I tried something out on 6 of my friends. I sent them all a picture of a tree that makes me happy each time I pass by it. I basically said the same thing to each of them along the lines of “ I get so happy when I pass by this tree.” I all awaited their responses just to see how each and every one of them responded.  If I were on the other side of this experiment, I probably would have responded with something about the tree, and then asked why it made them happy. UNLESS I truly didn’t care for the person, but then I probably wouldn’t respond at all, or maybe something short with “ thats a pretty tree” or something along those lines. But as soon as someone makes a statement telling me that something makes them happy, I would dig to find out why, at least if I cared enough about them. I suppose several factors would have to be taken into consideration.   Now I’m not saying that any of my friends don’t care about me in anyway, I know some of them that didn’t ask why, are actually really good friends. I didn’t judge them for it. But it was really interesting to see everyone's responses and how their brains tick I suppose.

11/13/16 Supermoon

Seriously. I got distracted by the damn lights I nearly rear ended someone if it weren’t for my super touchy breaks. Today was suppose to be my little get away with Sam. We were supposed to get up early, and explore a new area of FL and take pictures.  What we did? Woke up late, didn’t leave our town until 12, and went to an outdoor mall. At least I got a new bra. There’s just always something about a new bra that boosts your self-esteem.

I can’t wait for this new week to start. My body is so angry at me for missing yoga, I need to work on some serious stretches all week to hopefully makeup for missing it today. On top of that, I only ate one meal per day these past two days, but my god they were disgustingly huge meals. I just need to purge all of it and start fresh. It’s truly amazing how much bad food and not stretching can affect your body in a matter of a day. Need to improve on that self love, at least until Thanksgiving.  Have a good night all.

Grand old’ age of 27

It feels weird writing that. Sam took a picture of me with my cake today and I had some serious creases/wrinkles near my eyes and it just kinda made me feel old. I feel like I should have accomplished so much more in my life than I already have. I feel like I should already have a house, be married, have traveled the world, be finished with college and already be in my set career path. But life doesn't always go as planned and just kinda have to go with what you’re given. So that’s pretty much what I’m doing. 

I always seem to take at least one selfie on my birthday. I decided since 80% of my selfies are in the shower, this was a little bit more appropriate.

Today was fun. Went out to Tampa with the family and did a few things and ate way too fucking much at lunch. My stomach seriously regretted that but ,I have no will power when the food is just that damn good and it’s ALL YOU CAN EAT this is why I don’t go to all you cant eat places. so I came home to a surprise and it was an edible arrangement from my friend Dan. I WAS SO HAPPY. The fruit  even said 27. I have always secretly wanted one of these and finally got one bah. Happy happy day.

Really side note - So I’m at the store and you know how they have lotions and stuff that you can test ? Well I saw this one “lotion” next to the other lotions and it looked like it would smell good... Turns out its fucking hand wash... WHY WOULD ANY STORE LET YOU TEST HAND WASH WHEN THERE IS NO SINK. It left me with really sticky foamy gross hands T_T . Maybe the security camera people got a kick out of it at least =(

Friday shenanigans

This morning. Dad: Happy birthday ! Me: Happy birthday? Dad: Isn’t today your birthday ? Me: It’s tomorrow dad. Dad: Oh. Well I thought it was today.   

I can’t be too mad at him because he then surprised me with two gifts he didn’t want my mom knowing he bought. He felt bad because I asked for money for my birthday because I need to get a new timing belt eventually and it’s like $500 =|.So he got me two real gifts. External speakers for my PC ANNNNNNNND a wireless printer !! Super stoked with both of those since I really needed them.  After that I got my haircut. I really needed to trim my ends since they started to feel gross . I asked for long layers and and angle to frame my face some. Came out well, I just didn't enjoy the way she styled it.

After that I was able to wash my car. It’s literally been over 6 months since I’ve washed it. It had so much pollen on it I could have written on it. Terrible.

But the day is not over ! Still have some adventures awaiting for tonight :)
