One hell of a game Red Dead Redemption 2 is. I remember walking into gamestop during one of my last days working during the summer of 2024 and buying it. One of my colleagues told me to buy it saying how it's one of their favourite games. I want to thank him. Over the rest of the summer I had that was the only game I played but once I started school, I was on and off. Sometimes going weeks without playing it. Finally spring break until now, it was basically the only game I would play and holy shit, it's one of my favourite games. I still need to beat the epilogue but that main story is some of my favourite stories to date. ||Spoilers from here on|| The ending had me in tears. I chose to help the indigenous people and I love how the death of Eagle Flies is the start to the descent. That had me crying but the show must go on. I love how one of the decisions at the end is going back to the camp for the money instead of helping John which mirrors Dutch and his fall to greed but just before that, when my horse died is what got me started. I could yap on and on about that horse. It almost died 3 times but the first time is the most important to me. I got into a gun fight and it took too much damage so it then went into that almost dead state. I ran as fast as I could to the closest town because I was new and didn't have any horse reviver. I made it back to him in time but man I will never forget about that. I was so scared about it dying the whole time and that was the only horse I used the entire playthrough. I could yap more about it but I just want to say I love Red Dead Redemption 2, can't wait to finish the epilogue and play the first one.
