Tommy humor with Philza is so different compared to Tommy humor with Wilbur. Tommy humor with Philza is literally like joking around with maybe not your dad, but your favorite male history teacher. Like Tommy is more calm and the jokes are almost more reserved, whereas Tommy humor with Wilbur is just-sibling bickering. Whoever yells louder wins kinda deal.

I know everyone’s biggest take is that either Techno betrayed his friends or that he didn’t but… his friends betrayed him, didn’t they? His displeasure in government was clear from the start. His loyalty lay with them for they wanted to overthrow what was already in place, not to reinstate it. He has said this, time and time again. He didn’t want the government. 

His friends stabbed him in the back and then painted him as the bad guy. Take that into consideration.
