Sunrise on the Reaping... thoughts... spoilers..

I thought it was too much of a coincidence when we Saw Wiress and Mags, then we also Beetee?? And Plutarch first at the reaping. It was taking me out of the book.

I get teary eyed whenever we would see other tributes interact and also Ampert. Poor baby Ampert 🥹 Wyatt who was protecting Lou Lou and that's how he died. 🥹🥹 like they're all just so young and innocent.

If there was any doubt as to what Snow's character is, this book shoves it down your throat, one after the other.

We get a mention of Peeta and Katniss and it implies they continue to take care of Haymitch after the revolution and they've truly become this traumatized found family

The poems/ songs took me out. I'm sorry 😭 not a fan of songs in books in general.

Finished The Hero of Ages and I cried again. I felt like Vin and Elend were trying so hard to save people and they didn't even get to see them saved 😭😭

I cried again because they deserved better

At the Well of Ascension in my reread of the mistborn trilogy and I'm glad I reread it after 10 years because it's as exciting as it was back then because I don't remember any of the plot. Hahaha

Finished Babel and I found the ending lacking? Like it's a prequel. It did say it's an arcane history. Am I the only one who thinks this way?

Just started reading Babel and as someone who has studied chinese, specifically mandarin, for 13 yrs I can relate to the stuff about not using it you forget the stuff. I've always wanted to pursue further education in mandarin after graduating college but I only just graduated and I feel like there's just not enough time.

Just now catching up on the final season of Attack on Titan and it's pissing me off. Why are they mad that the Eldians are fighting for their lives. As if they don't have a right to live? 😒😒

I'm on my 3rd book in my reread of the mortal instruments and I thought Clary and Jace solve their siblings thing during the 2nd book and they still haven't solved it yet??

No wonder people didn't pick it up again after that weird plotline. I continued reading the first time because I already know they're not siblings.

Another advantage of reading when the series is finished. Hahaha

Malec still has me screaming into the pillow. Nothing has changed, I still love them.
