Hello everybody!

Currently working on some new characters for the comic! They may become a main villain, so posting them here may spoil the comic. Enjoy some raccoon offering business deals instead. Not sure how much more work I’m needing before I can start production on the first page. Hoping a few more character sheets and anatomy studies should put me in a better place!

Bit of a slower week but thats okay! Enjoy some judgmental raccoon. This week was spent doing more work on understanding canine anatomy and eyes. The comic idea has had a few revisions. So I’m not sure this raccoon will make it into the comic just yet, hence why I didn’t fix his eyes.

Before and after eye practice.

Eyes are possibly the most expressive part of a character. I need to spend more time on them to make them more detailed and pleasant to look at. Keeping things symmetrical and even at my level is still a bit tough! Regardless I’m satisfied that it came out looking a lot better. Also added a bit of yellow to the tail to break up all the white in the body.

Spent a bit of time tonight on eyes!

Going to need to practice more eyes and get better at keeping things symmetrical… Otherwise I think I’m getting closer to the Kitsune look I’m wanting. Colors are a bit intense, so i plan to tone them down. Also going to need to add some sort of the design to the tail to break up the white.

Hey everybody!

Im Sketchalyst, and I'm excited to draw here. Those who want to get better at doing something, actually have to do the thing. So despite the fact I don't think my art is ready i'll be drawing anyway! I've always wanted to try comic art and make comic’s. I'm currently in production of my very own webcomic that I plan to post in multiple places. Of course this includes the well known app webtoon. I’ll be posting updates, sketches, and sneak peeks here — hoping you’ll join me on this creative journey
