This is a fun mug with pink cats on the outside. For a while, I was determined to make the inside of all of my cups white, but I was thinking about how a lot of commercial cups are white on the inside as a cost-saving measure, because white glaze is the cheapest glaze you can use. So I thought.. I want to express that this cup is not a cheap cup, so I used the glossy celadon inside and out, and accented the lip with a glossy white glaze for that clean look that glossy white gives off.

Overall I like this design, and I now live with a cat, so I think I’ll make this design again. I have five cups like this in my etsy shop as of 11/22/2022.

It’s a cup with a lavender cat on it. I was thinking back to 2013 when I started to get back into pottery, and the size and shape cups I used to make back then. This cup is similar to the size and shape I used to make back then. And it has a cat! This cup is listed in my etsy shop as of 11/22/2022.
