me also knowing damn well that the whole immortality juice thing may not have anything to do with anything and could very well have just been a throwaway explanation to make amrita sound valuable and narratively justify intense human presence in the seas of pandora in order to match with the movie's ocean theme.
especially considering that the reasoning we got for why humanity was going to such lengths for unobtanium in the first film was not well explained beyond it being worth a lot of money and its capabilities were not relevant to the plot in the least.
me trying to find the narrative connection between earth officially being uninhabitable and the hunting of amrita that stops human aging and recom body transferring technology
