Weird anti-binge tip
whenever I feel I’m about to binge, I take a small sip of chilli sauce and immediately feels like not putting anything in my mouth, except for tons of water. You always can buy a little flask, and keeping it in the kitchen where you can see it. 
I have been told many times that eating anything hot or extra spicy, kills cravings and can actually help with weight loss. So this is on of my weirds tips.

breakfast: chocolate fiber brownie, 5 strawberries and green tea.
= 90 calories
lunch: 2 plain rice cakes with a tablespoon of strawberry jam.
= 90 calories
dinner: 5 strawberries, 20 blueberries and 10 raspberries.
= around 60-65 calories
snacks: stick of gum and coca cola zero.
= 5 calories
TOTAL CALORIES= 250

usually when i workout i try to burn at least 500 calories at the gym, but for now on u think i’m gonna start trying to burn off however many calories i ate the previous day, as motivation to keep me from overeating because i don’t wanna work extra cals off😭plus with school and work i have such limited time. so today i’m burning off 550 since i ate 550 yesterday

ate more than i would’ve liked but i knew if i didn’t eat i’d binge later. better than 3k
i bought new shorts the other day and they were a bit tight around my waist when they first came but now they fit my waist perfectly. i feel like they might’ve just stretched a bit from taking them on and off tho :/

a while ago it was like meanspo but it basically described the act of eating and just the thought of putting food into ur mouth and u chew it all up and it all turns into mush in ur mouth and for some reason it really grossed me out and very helpful to think about when trying not to binge
