Things that keep me going:
1. whenever a coworker says “wow you look so good!”
2. when my mom becomes “concerned” about my eating habits
3. when my therapist asks “so how long will you keep this up?”
4. when my friends ask me if I’ve eaten, it makes me feel wanted/special/important/worthy
5. my sister saying “god I wish I had your body”
6. watching the reactions of servers whenever I order a “large meal” and the respond “wow! I didn’t know you could fit so much in that tiny body of yours!”
7. doctors weighing me and looking at me wondering “wait what?”
8. tiny spurts of energy I get that make me workout for 30+ minutes
9. waking up and knowing I don’t have to eat today
10. planning my next “cheat” meal for when I’ve earned it
11. driving while feeling a little dissociated (hypotension, vertigo, anemia)
12. staying so busy during the week that the excuse “I forgot to eat” keeps working

Small waist workout
-Mountainclimbers 30 sec
-Plank twist 40 sec
-Leg pull-ins 30 sec
-Russain twists 40 sec
-Side plank 40 sec (20 sec on each side)
This is a really short workout it only takes 3 minutes, if u dont know what an excersise is just google it or ask me💕 Btw ive been doing this everyday 1-2 times for a week and i already notice a small difference.

For this diet you only eat triple your weight (lbs) in calories
For example I weigh ~155 lbs (🤮) so I’ll eat 155 x 3 = 465 cals per day
Ideally as your weight goes down the calories you can eat goes down too
