I’ve been unmotivated for months. I haven’t picked up a pen, brush, or marker is months. Over the last 2 weekends I’ve slowly been starting to paint, stroke by stroke. I’m just doing whatever on the page with which ever medium calls to my little fingers… and it’s feels so good. . . Work has burnt me out beyond words and I also loathed the pressure to post on this platform every day or I’m going to lose followers or visibility, but I’ve come to the realization… who the F* cares. I enjoy artistic expression and I shouldn’t feel pressured to post for anyone but myself. . I’ve been inspired by @laurahornart and her use of textures, different mediums and her natural ability.
