Can you believe it?? We're already halfway through!! Here is your mandatory reminder to drink some water and do a few stretches and then–it's back to writing! Only 4.5 weeks left!

Here's a few date reminders: - There will be a check-in sent June 22, responses to the check-in are due June 29. - I will be assigning pinch-hitters starting June 29, based on responses to the check-in. Failure to respond to the check-in could result in a pinch-hitter being assigned to your song. - Posting begins July 6!

Announcement:

It's come to my attention that there's a chance Google Forms has lost some of the applications that were sent in. I'm not sure how or why this happened, all I know is that I've found myself to be missing a handful of responses. I've managed to collect the ones I knew about, but simply put I have no way of knowing exactly how many and whose responses got eaten. 

So for now, this is my best solution: I will be sending out an email later today to all of the participants whose forms I DO have. If you signed up for the exchange in the last 2 weeks and DO NOT receive an email from me today, PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP as that means I do not have your form and cannot count you as a participant. 

(Alternatively, you can also reach out to me immediately and I will check your information against my list of participants to see if your form got through once I have time.)

Anyone who's form got lost will be allowed to re-sign up! I don't want you to miss out due to a Forms error! Just let me know and I will send you the re-opened form for you to fill out again as soon as I am able to. 

I apologize for the inconvenience and thank everyone for your patience!
