DID Hack: Talk about the dumb shenanigans the other alters get into by calling them your “friend” or your “sibling”. Like, “Oh yeah the other day my brother tried to wrestle my partner and got his ass kicked”. Or “I know a friend like that, she also loves those games and talks to me about them all the time”. We do this around strangers and acquaintances that we don’t really know all too well and wouldn’t be comfortable sharing our diagnosis with, ie. coworkers, friends-of-friends, and random people we end up sharing small talk with somehow.
