Glitch A series. An experiment with processing, photoshop and ilustrator. Hello friends, this is my first post here. I will share my process for creating these images .
1. The images were scanned from a printed fashion magazine to 300 dpi.
2. I ran over them the Processing sketch ASDF PixelSort by Kim Asendorf, you can download it here: https://github.com/kimasendorf/ASDFPixelSort You must experiment with columns and rows, and the amount thereof
3. the only composition having photoshop is the woman with the radiator . In fact are two images. Other images do not have photoshop.
4. The typography was composed in Illustrator, channels layers were displaced to create the effect of channels.
5.I listened much to the kid. Please, note this is just a detail, I found that the best Full Screen Viewer is Flickr, please see the high res here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/alexcano/with/23299270429/

Dreaming with textiles. This images were made applying the ASDF Pixel Sort by Kim Asendorf for Processing software. You can search it at GitHub.
I wanted to achieve print quality images for textiles. I worked with 300 dpi fashion magazine scans, I adjusted the script to obtain a big, huge image. I also played with values and disposition of columns to obtain an abstract representation, as a map in color of a territory, a territory for the body. A bitmap, literally.
