Advice for New Regressors

-> Don’t feel a pressure to match a “regression aesthetic”. While they can be nice to have and enjoy, you do not need to match up with a certain aesthetic or type! Your regression is your own.

-> Explore different types of activities that you can enjoy while small! Look into new shows or cartoons, play pretend with stuffies or toys or do some coloring, for example!

-> Look into an age range you may fit into. Identify behaviors, levels of independence and mindsets you have while small. Though it’s important to remember that you never have to force yourself to identify with a certain age range.

-> Take your time when looking for a caregiver (if you want one). Don’t rush, and look out for red flags that could point to bad intentions.

-> Look into positive triggers that help yourself slip into regression. For example, watching a favorite show, eating a nostalgic snack or babbling to yourself. 

-> Overall, focus on what makes you the happiest. Find what makes your regression a safe, comforting space and the ways to do so for yourself.

I wish agere was more socially acceptable. It would be so easy to accommodate I think, like if I regressed in public, people shouldn't think twice about just treating me as whatever age I'm regressed to. I'd get sweet comments from store workers and asked if I needed assistance if I were out on my own and too little. There could be workers who are trained as caregivers to help regressors and public spaces, like schools, would have designated rooms for regressors and CG's to go to during the day if they needed it.

I wanna talk ab the fact that age regression has been so "influencer-ized" agere is not ab pink pastels and being clean Bio kids are messy and gross, they're sticky and have tantrums You are your regression do not need to be this perfectly clean, pink, princessy aesthetic bc thats not what regression is about Regression is about healing Its okay to be messy Its okay to like scary things

When i was a bio kid i liked horror movies and true crime!

Its okay to like things that are the steriotypical cutesy kids show

I watched adult swim as a kid because i thought the shows were funny

and yes its okay if your regression is pretty pink princesses and not getting messy just as long as its not forced

and most importantly YOU DONT HAVE TO BE A GIRL OR LIKE FEMININE THINGS TO REGRESS!!!!
