From February the 14th, Valentine’s Day, i decided to devote my love to the animals, the environment, and my health. I decided to become a vegan <3 And I have not looked back since! 

It has not even been a year and already i feel lighter, more energized, and overall happier in my self image and self worth. It feels good to know i’m saving animals and helping the planet i am inhabiting ^^

And the bonus of course is weight loss :D weight loss that comes from every day exercise and eating delicious delicious foods! If people knew how good vegan food tastes i think everyone would become a vegan ^^ Please consider this life change! The benefits are for everyone!!  <3
