This character is what happened when I wondered what it would be like to cross the Haunted Mansion's Ghost Host and the ballroom organist. Thus, C. J. Charles Juniper, or 'Charlie' for short, was born!

-He is rather reserved and plays a flute (with abilities a bit like the Pied Piper).

-His eyes, while both blue, are two different shades to reflect the Ghost Host's mismatched eyes. The right one is lighter and while not scarred, he does squint.

-Alive, his hair would have been blond, but it is white as a ghost. 

-Charlie is very tall, but would be in between the heights of the Ghost Host and the organist.

-For the most part, Charlie's outfit is based on the organist's, but his bow has a bit of rope tied in for the Ghost Host.

Overall, I really like how he turned out. I may draw him again sometime soon.

Since Halloween has just passed, I drew my own version of Ichabod Crane from Washington Irving's The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.

Your little plushie of Dorian is soooooooo cute! You did a wonderful job on him.

Thank you! He’s definitely not perfect, so far as plushies go, since I had to make things up as I went along and I need to repair a few places on him, but I think he turned out alright. I like him. ^_^ Dori currently has a special place in my room atop a fluffy pillow.

I felt like drawing my version of the mortal Ghost Host again. Photoshop made the colors pop too much, I think. The green is sooooo lime and his hair is really orange. O_O He's like a reverse pumpkin. -_-

I haven't posted art on this blog for a while! O_o

But for my version of the Hatbox Ghost, Thomas Gracey, I made up a 'first crush' for him. Her name is Hilda and he met her at his one-room schoolhouse, in what would be around 1875-1880. She's two or three years older than Thomas and she's got some Irish and Swedish in her, each from either side of her family. She's tougher than the boys expect and won't stand for bullying. Thomas developed a crush on her when she defended him one day. Unfortunately, another boy caught her attention on the day Thomas thought to bring her a small bouquet of flowers.

I tried making a Haunted Mansion Master Gracey doll! Emphasis on 'tried'. I had to figure out how to make one on my own. He looks funny because I don't have any experience and just made everything up as I went along. So his hair is a mess, he looks like he's running and he's got this cute little proud, puffed out chest. Technically, he's not quite done, but it's pretty clear that I need a lot of practice making dolls and maybe someone to show me how. Oh well. I like him anyway. I've dubbed him Dori Dolly, after asktheghosthost's version of Master Gracey, Dorian.

This is my cat, Domino. My mom took this picture and I wanted to show off my sweet ball of fluff. He really is the sweetest, most loving cat I've ever met. He turned twelve this year, he's in pretty good health (aside from being a bit too pudgy) and I hope to have him for many more! ^_^
