Hot take: despite how bad streaming has become in recent years, it's still an exponentially better deal than cable. Even if you exclusively get the premium tiers, the only people who are paying more for streaming than they would have with cable are people who subscribe to more services than they need to. Streaming isn't more expensive, you're just refusing to cancel your Paramount+ subscription.
