✨⭐️✨ A tiny request

I want you to try on old pants until you find a pair that you can barely button (bonus points if you can only close them under your belly and they dig into you uncomfortably). Then, I want you to go and look at yourself in a full length mirror. Run your hands along your sides, pinch your love handles. Jiggle your belly, your ass. Take your time and feel all of the fat that’s sticking out past your waistband.

Now I want you to think about where all this fat came from.. because it certainly wasn’t there before! I want memories to flash through your mind of all those times when you reached for another treat because it tasted sooo good. All those times when you kept eating beyond fullness because it felt too good to stop.

It’s all catching up with you now, isn’t it? :) People can see that you like to eat.. that you overfed yourself because it felt good. And you can see that you ate yourself of out of your pants :)

Speaking of those.. I think you should keep them on a little longer while you go find something to eat :)

Oh wow my belly has legitimately outgrown these jeans (which used to fit me perfectly) I’m not sticking out or anything 😮

truly mind blowing gains ! The cellulite on the tummy is so powerful!!! Everything looks so excessive in the best way. I think we’re pretty close in “weight class” but I’m very jealous of how she carries it 😳

Believe it or not I HAVE been working out but I truly have a body built in the kitchen. What can I say ? I love to indulge hehe

I need to outgrow these pants 😌 I really want my belly to look as round as it is when I stick out like in the last image when I’m relaxed. I miss being at the weight where I feel conscious of the heft and the wobble of my belly no matter what I’m wearing or how I’m sitting or standing.

Physique updates this summer, I’ve been pretty physically active this month but I have yet to out pace my eating habits. As always my middle stores a lot of my surplus calories… do you think I’m still able to hide it somewhat or do you suspect people know I have a body by pasta (and all the other treats making my body extra soft and indulgent)
