I've needed an emote like this for a while now, finally got around to making one!

Ok I want to say something controversial

But you are responsible for your own safe spaces. You can block tags, block words, block people.

“But i thought fandom was supposed to be a safe space” —yeah you have to curate it.

Unfortunately one persons’s safe space may be another persons’ trigger. That’s ok. Simply block them, block the tag, block the word etc. They can do the same for you.

Maybe I’m just out of touch, but I’ve been around since the days of “don’t like, don’t read” and that’s a good philosophy. If it squicks you, scroll past. If it causes you anxiety or upset, block! Plenty of people are responsive if you ask them to tag an upsetting trigger. And if they’re dicks about it, block em.

what are your thoughts on floragato and Meowscarada's designs?

Short answer: green cat? I happy

Long answer: When I first saw sprigatito I couldn’t help but compare it to litten, both being cute cats and all, but I remember how disappointed I was at littens final stage evolution. Not because of how it looks, but because I felt like it was missing a stage between torracat and incineroar. Meowscarada does not suffer that problem imo, since floragato works really well as a middle stage evolution. It’s easy to see how sprigatito turns into floragato, and how floragato turns into meowscarada. The color scheme changes to fit the typing (I struggle to remember quaquavals typing for instance), and design elements morph through the evolutions; sprigatitos face markings turning to meowscaradas mask, the fur around the neck turning into the cape etc. I also think it helps that floragato is bipedal tbh.

Meowscarada felt completed for me the first time it used flower trick though. It went from my favorite of the gen 9 starters to one of my favorite starters period.
