It still feels unreal but I'm so excited! And 2 months is when you'll usually start noticing the changes. I'm excited for what's to come😊🏳️‍⚧️

I can start tomorrow and I'm sooooo excited! It's been 5 years since I first came out as non-binary, 4 years since I then came out as a transman and it's been 3 years since my first meeting with the clinic!

UPDATE!

I just got the papers back and my name is now LEGALLY changed to Sam!!!

I'm so extremely happy! I'll finally be able to say my legal name as Sam when at appointments or the like😁

I just signed the papers to legally change my name to Sam!

I'm gonna post it tomorrow and I know it won't be reviewed and stuff immediately but just to have it written down and have my part of the process done is such a nice feeling.

While writing my new name on the paper I just felt so extremely giddy!

Things I’m gonna do when (if?? Tryna be hopeful tho) I get top surgery one day:

•go to the beach shirtless and just lay there in the sun bc yes.

•wear stylish ass clothes without having to worry about boobs. Like bitch there’s so much shit that’d be so cute on me if these hell orbs weren’t in the way.

•just sit around shirtless in my house and just hang out and watch shitty television and laugh at it and get chip crumbs all over me so I can complain about it later

•snuggle right up against someone without having to be anxious about my tits bitch. I can fully accept my role as the cuddliest man alive..

•just. stare at myself in the mirror. No titties. Wow. Amazing.

•swim shirtless in the pool with my friends

•listen I come from a place where it’s not uncommon to see ur weirdo neighbors walk outside shirtless like that’s just how it be. And that’s gonna be ME. I will take every opportunity to show that shit off.

•as soon as I get done with the surgery and recover and shit I’m texting everyone, “well, I sure am glad to get THAT off my chest!” simultaneously

•go to the big ass high end water parks and actually have fun instead of crippling away of dysphoria in a bathing suit like I currently do now…

•I’m honestly down to just climb a mountain shirtless, T-pose and yell “IM A FUCKIN MAN!!!!” at this point.

Being trans is not special or fun.

You need dysphoria to be trans.

Being cisgender is great.

Being trans is not your aesthetic.

Truscum/transmeds are the only ones who really care about trans people.

Binder

Today I got to borrow one of my friend’s binder. It felt really nice to have it on and look in the mirror to actually see a flat chest.

I still don’t know 100% that I am in fact trans, I’m still figuring it out. But to actually see myself with a flat chest and for once not looking as feminine as I think I do sometimes was really comforting.
