I’m fighting customer service battles never seen before

I truly believe that acrylic roving is a garbage product meant to trick beginner knitters into thinking they should make a cute chunky Pinterest blanket. They should not. A blanket made out of roving will fall apart if you look at it wrong. But I got some acrylic roving for free recently and I wanted to see if I could spin it into usable yarn. I might be wasting my time, but I'm hoping to make something pretty and usable here. Also, handspinning is really really fun
