I really appreciate how you care about the timeline in your Tegg au. It makes it easy to follow along with things and gives me something to be excited about.

I'm excited for when it's time for me to see the crossover! I think it's honestly kind of fun that you're putting it off even though you've drawn it.

i learned my lesson with my evoAU !!!! that shit all over the place and messy !!!!!!! Bc of that, i lost track and didn't draw a lot of things that i still rly want to, but i will ! eventually.

so with Tegg i'm being careful and not impulsive ........ so the tag will be nice and clean.... easy to scroll through...........

the horns, i figured, are from originally being a dragon ! she has little wings and a tail, too. Its not noticeable-and i find it difficult to draw-but she also has a little snout. (i was thinking of the show Sweet Tooth ?)

and, yes ! i have a few drawings of them in my drafts, if they were the same age, but i dont want to post them yet. Crossover posts can wait hahah

grian and scar aren't a couple so they wouldn't have to do custody.

i also imagine all of boatem takes turns with the baby, its a village situation ! boatem baby !!!!

is there any particular lore reason for why tegg looks so much like Scar even tho she was Grian's egg? (beyond differentiating from kid xelqua) I like the idea that Scar bonded with her and helped take care of her so much that she took on his features while inheriting the more animalistic qualities from Grian maybe

The egg isn't technically Grian's, it was a dragon egg, but through its.. weird magical egg ways, it eats code, so it ate Grian's code, and also Scar's, so thats why its their baby now. She still has a few dragon qualities tho.

Even though Grian was full time watching her, she still ended up looking like Scar ! Neither had any idea this would happen, Grian was too focused on the egg to think much abt whats inside it.

I don't think this is too far-fetched of an idea, since this does happen in real life. Carry a baby for 9 months and it'll look just like its father...

the mpreg is bc i was reading "what to expect when you're not expecting" and i had. a moment.

the egg stuff is bc i rewatched s8 of hermitcraft and grian had a dragon egg. So i made an AU where it hatches. So technically not egg preg or mpreg. (the contraction doodles are just for shits and giggles, like, its just an egg ! why are you having contractions !?!? Lol)

so is no one gonna mention the fact that when the egg hatched grian immediately went to push scar out of the way instead of pearl? don't think I didn't notice that!!!

My reasoning is.... Grian is genuinely just like that, especially in the life series, even when he rivals Scar, he still tries to protect him !!

So when the Egg explodes, his muscle memory is to push Scar out the way. He'd do this even without the broody bird brain.

the tegg hatches ! there were more pages, but i'm fed up with it ! so i'm cutting it there. the rest of the content will be just doodles in later posts.

note: the baby isn't a newborn, a few months already at least, she has neck strength and can sit.

I think he would like blueberries ! I think he also pronounces them wrong, like Grian, and calls them bloobins, or whatever Grian said adgjkakdg

Blueberries are tricky tho, they can taste pretty different depending on how ripe they are... so sometimes he rejects them.

Xelqua's actual favourite food is fish, i don't know which fish exactly, he just likes fish. Since they live near the ocean and Grian is a fisherman, i think they'd eat a lot of seafood.
