im cat im 18 and i draw pictures of things i like. sometimes they move. i have several side blogs this ones just for me to catalogue my serious art.

my friends and i really enjoy doing those youtube oc challenges, so i made my own

i dont expect this to blow up or escape my circle so its not a perfect formula. if you do this challenge, please credit/tag me in it so i can see. here are the steps;

message before we start. i avoid using "tribe" in relation to the different wings in wof, so in these you'll see "types" and "dragons" as replacement words.

random number generator is going to be our best friend for this challenge, and we start by generating a number from 1-4. this determines how many types we have mixed in. (though, if youre concerned about potential lag with decision wheels, id recommend setting the number input 1-2). based on your result, click on the corresponding wheel here: one - two - three - four . these contain every possible hy, tri and quadbrid combination in wof.

next, we'll generate a colour palette for our dragon. its not certain to be canon complaint, but thats part of the fun. optional, here, is where you'll get the scale/fur patterning inspiration for your dragon.

now, where does this dragon live- and what time period are they from/currently in? this here will take you to the page of a random wof character. whatever arc they were last present in, whether it be the time of the sandwing war, darkstalker legends or somewhere else entirely is when your character will be. the current residence of this random character will also determine where your character stays/lives.

now, based on where they are you can get a better idea of how old they are. put in a preferred/fitting age range into random number generator and get their age.

nightwing specific, lets spin for your moonborn status. i would also like to add if you want more detail on said moonborn powers, spin the powers wheel again to determine its strength.

i hope you're not tired of wheels, because we have some more for other details. occupation/hobbies - powers - personality (which id spin for multiple times)

and thats it! hope you like it if you do it. heres the guy i ended up with personally. theyre only a quick sketch, but i like their concept quite a bit.

i imagine theyre enchanted to have the futures of the dragons they interact with displayed on their wings. this has a magically mesmerizing effect, and while the victim is distracted they kill them with their flamesilk. they use their cooperative and clearheaded demeanour to lure dragons in, coming up with various methods for their crimes.
